    All in One was hired by a neighbor to cut the trees in their backyard. the neighbor has no trees in the front yard. ************ came into my fenced-in yard without permission and cut down my oak trees. When I called the owner he acknowledged that he had made a mistake but tried to explain to me that it's the law and they are allowed to do and cut anyone's trees to maintain their health. I told him I have been here 20 years and no one was ever worried about the health of my trees. He then said I should be glad that someone cares about my yard( which is in great condition). I sent him information on how it is illegal to come in someone's tard without permission. He continued to ignore me and did not respond. His company cut a huge part of my I am trees.

    Hello . First and Foremost WE DID NOT CUT DOWN ANTY ****S ON YOUR PROPERTY. IT WAS A LIMB THAT WENT OVER THE PROPERTY LINE  OF MY CLIENT AND IT IS LAW NOT TO STUB THE LEAD ON AN OAK UNLESS THERE IS A LATERAL BRANCH THAT WE CAN CUT 12" BEFORE. THERE WAS NOT AND THE TRUNCK OF THE **** IS WERE YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO CUT IT SO THE **** WILL HEAL PROPERLY. WHEN IT IS THAT CLOSE TO HTE PROPERTY LINE WE WILL ALWAYS DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THE ****. AND PLEASE ASK YOUR HUSBAN ABOUT KNOWING WE WERE ON THE PROPERTY. HE ASKED ** TO CUT THE ***** UP IN PEACES FOR FIREWOOD AND WE DID. SO YOUR COMPLAINT IS ABSOLUTLY BOGUS AND A LIE. YOU SAID WE CUT DOWN A ****?????? WE DID NOT!!! SO PLEASE KEEP YOUR LIES TO YOURSELF.
