      On March 29, 2023, a service tech I had an appointment with was turned away from my community because the automatic gate attendant called the wrong homeowner when he presented himself at the gate.The result was a $138.00 service fee charged to my account.. Even though Envera stated in an email that the gate attendant did call the wrong home owner, they refused to pay the $138.00 service fee. A security company is not worth much if they don't take responsibility for the actions of their employees.

      We are sorry to hear of the trouble you had with your vendor.  After reviewing the transaction in question, our agent advised the person to pull around and contact you once we denied the entry.  If he had done so,and called you directly, it would have been recognized we contacted the incorrect resident.  He could have come back to try to gain entry again, and let us know of the issue during his first attempt.

      This security system is a joke! I filled out paperwork a month ago and they still try and tell me they dont have my address I experienced supervisor REMOVEDtoday. I put it in caps because he made sure to spell out his name loud and rude because I asked for his name not hearing it at first due to his language barrier. Whoever hired him and put him in position has made poor choices in life! Theyre rude disrespectful and no one should use them! I dont even want to renew my lease because of them. Very unprofessional dont waste your time !-JATIERA

      I am sorry to hear of the trouble you have experienced in your month of residing in one of the communities we monitor.  When we dont have an address in our system it means your community management has not sent the form over to us for entry.  Once we do receive that form, your account will be created and a welcome letter will be sent to you. 


      Regarding the interaction with our Supervisor REMOVED, we have reviewed the call, and spoken with him directly, but found that he was not unprofessional in his manner.  He was providing the same information our agents have, that your address was not in our system.  He did advise on the next steps to get you registered, and added to our database.  I apologize if you feel he was unprofessional in his speaking, but that was not his intent. 


      Please speak with your community management to have the form you filed a month ago sent over to us as soon as possible to alleviate these issues from reoccurring.  If you have any questions regarding this information, please reach out to our customer service department at REMOVEDduring their business hours of 8am 6pm (EST).
