    Greedy operation, management does not care to do the right thing. On July 10th I placed a reservation and paid the required deposit to stay at the Beso Del Sol resort on the weekend of November 15th. On the morning of Friday November 15th I received an email with checking in information. I panicked and realized that the person who answered the call did not record my cancellation request which I attempted to do around the end of July. Understanding their three day cancellation policy requirements, I called and explained my situation and asked if could either cancel and I understood that I was going to lose my deposit, or if they would be willing to allow me to reschedule my stay. After many emails with administration which by the way they do not provide you with a name or any information....I was told that based on the policy they would not allow me to reschedule my trip, to which I quickly replied that I intended to go ahead an use my reservation. Soon after I told them I was planning on coming to the resort they informed me that they released my room and was unable to honor my reservation. Given that they gave away my room and did not honor my reservation I asked for my deposit to be returned and they denied it, and cited the cancellation policy to me for the fifth time.
