            Been coming here for 15 years, every time I drop my car off I do a video walk around to ensure the condition of my car before they take it.They scuffed the wheel on my car, I have video to prove what it looked like before and after.After showing the lady the OBVIOUS scuff as shown in the pictures, she kept saying she didn't see anything there, BLATANTLY lying to avoid any liability and just walked away She also refused to go back and review her camera footage to see how my car was handled.This is a blatant disrespect for peoples property

            Refused service when we asked to do a walk-around on the car before sending through car wash. Lady at front desk: We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle caused by the wash.
