            We hired Quality Windows and Doors on September 1, 2021 to repair 3 windows for us. We have a contract on our house and the home inspector flagged those windows as being too hard to open. New parts were installed in the windows and we paid them $577.80 by check before they left. We told them we needed an invoice from their company to provide to the home inspector to show they had been repaired by a qualified person. The owner was supposed to e-mail us the invoice but we have never gotten one. The only thing I have is the canceled check referencing the address that they promptly cashed. Two days after the windows were repaired, one of the windows failed as the parts they installed came apart. I sent the owner and the installer a picture of the failed window asking them to come out and fix it but have gotten no response from anyone after 4 phones calls and 2 texts that I've documented. They obviously don't stand behind their work so we want a refund of $192.60 for the failed window.

            We've had them out twice to repair different sets of hurricane windows and they did a great job. Very courteous and thorough work. I would highly recommend ***** and his crew.
