    They raise the prices too soon and too high. I moved in my new storage in June because I couldn't afford the previous storage fee as they continue to raise prices so I had to take time off work and move everything out of one unit to another JUST to be able to afford it because I have no wear to go. Here we are Aug and they are raising the prices again. In ******* they will raise again this is insane and its unfair to people trying to make ends meet.

    Storage King USA strives to provide comparable pricing for all our tenants. The complainant/tenant  is one of those tenants. She has been storing with us since 2021 and understands the rate increase process. We have spoken with complainant/tenant and helped her to get into another unit that would lower her cost. The complainant/tenant  was well aware of our rate increase schedule for the first 4 months and then every 8 months after that. 
    Our verbiage in our lease which the complainant/tenant signed is as follows:
         The monthly rental rate may be changed at any time by Owner giving thirty (30) days written notice to the Tenant at the address set forth in this Lease.  Any such adjustment in    the monthly rent shall not otherwise affect the terms of this and all other terms of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect.
    I hope this will help with a resolution.

    Yes I obviously have no choice but to accept their response or I have no where to store my belongings.  My point is the Corporate folks make enough money and can afford things so they are ok with raising prices on those that have to scrape by and that to me is wrong.  However yes I have to accept the "business terms" so I have a place to store my items my point of this was to express how tough it is financially for those of us that don't have "Corporate" jobs to those who make the decisions in the corporate office.
