    I did a dolphin swim with Dolphin Connection on Dec. 28, 2024. When I got home to download the photos they took, I was disappointed to find that they did not take a picture of me kissing the dolphin. They did take one of my husband. This is the 1 photo I really wanted. We were going to use these for a holiday card next year. As a cancer survivor in March, I was really excited to do this and kissing the dolphin was the one really fun moment. I have made 6 attempts to reach them and they have ignored me every single time. They do not answer their phone, the email they provided on the card they handed out is wrong, I have found 2 other email addresses when that email bounced back, I submitted a message on their website. They simply do not respond. This is bad customer service at its ultimate worst. All I'm asking for is the picture. Maybe they forgot to send it. I want a refund because I am assuming that they simply did not take the picture and are too ashamed to admit it.

    Is anything being done about this complaint? Why haven't I heard anything in over 3 weeks? I took me 6 messages to get them to respond to me. They kept re-sending the pictures, but never sent me the one I was looking for. They claim that a dolphin kiss is not included in their package, yet this is what is on their website:

    They took a picture of my husband kissing the dolphin and they took a picture of the older woman in our group kissing the dolphin. She had the camera aimed right at me when I kissed it, so why didn't she take the picture? This is the one thing I was looking for out of the entire experience. I want a refund!!

    Would love it if you would follow-up with them. If they are not going to provide a dolphin kiss and it's only a kiss on the cheek, they need to specify this on their website. I would have spent my money elsewhere if this would have been spelled out. Would like a refund.
