    Jay’s auto transport is top notch. My vehicle was picked up and dropped at the destination without a hitch. Dealing with Jay directly his professionalism brings comfort and trust in the arrangement from the entire transaction.

    I do not recommend this company. This is a broker who brokers cars to other companies. Jay M**** (the owner) is very rude on the phone to be a middle man company . Find another company to transport your car. I recommend an actual truck company that transports cars.

    *** is a man of his word. If you want someone to be honest with you from the moment you call, he is your guy. If you are looking for the cheapest way to get your vehicle across the country, do not call ***. He will tell you from the beginning the steps that need to be taken, and send you a form that has ALL OF THE ***** so read it!In my situation, I needed a car to go 3200 miles in an enclosed carrier. I paid $100 for the reassurance that my vehicle would make it safely, and 6 days later it made it here. I received 200+ pictures from the shipper and was notified when it was to arrive (and they made it early). I had a difficult situation with the seller's availability and *** made it a point to find a shipper that would honor his schedule and for that, we are both happy.I will use *** again for the next vehicle move, and I will give him adequate time and information to find me the best shipping company at the best rate

    Was really hoping to use Jay again for his service this was going to be my 3rd time with him. He has been great in the past very easy and great to work with. However this time I emailed him when I was at work ( I am a 911 dispatcher) because I am unable to talk on the phone. I then got a very unprofessional email from him so I called him on my break and was yelled at about people trying to take the country over and some other stuff. I told Jay I was busy at work and could only email. I was still being yelled at. I discontinued the call and will not be using him. Unfortunately something has changed in the last 2 years.

    I turned this customer down.  For over 14 years I have provided the best service at the lowest rates possible.  I also prove it is the lowest rate possible and this keeps customers coming back.  That is why this customer called me again.   He abused my truck driver on both of the last two moves.   I simply told him "I'm not working with you again".   Wow, did that trigger this little premadonna. 


    I turned down a nightmare customer in the nicest way possible and this is what I get .... a negative review on YELP and on the BBB.   


    The last two times I avoided drama for paying for his mistakes when he completely upset the carrier chosen to move his car.   ********************* is a total "*****" if you know what I mean.  


    1) His car goes over a thousand miles on an open carrier (they get dirty just like you are driving it) and he demands the carrier clean the car before delivering it.  Total ***** move.   He's too cheap to pay for an enclosed truck.  I didn't say anything.  I took money out of my pocket and paid the carrier to avoid drama. 


    2) At the last minute he wants a new delivery location over 50 miles from the original drop off location.   He thinks it is just 50 miles by in reality it is 100 miles round trip off the carriers route.  Yes, I took care of that too so as not to upset the carrier.   Total user and abuser ************   


    3) Two strikes your out.  The first two moves - we got abused.  I wasn't going to work with this "*****" ever again.  I guess he doesn't like being told "no".   


    I'll take the negative review on here before I ever upset another carrier due to his abusive nature.   I can't believe the lies he puts on here and on YELP.   


    Yes. **** is a ********** ******l type that just to get everything he can out of people by abusing them as much as he can get away with it.   I'm not taking it no more.   


    I'm glad I'm 63 years old and not advertising anymore ****.  My customers know what they get from me (that's why you called me again).   I have a right to turn down anyone I don't care to deal with due to their abuse.   


    The BBB should remove this ridiculous review.  In the past they would have taken it right down because we didn't do business this time.   The BBB has become another YELP.  They let idiots with hurt feeling rant on the BBB now.  A joke.  Over 14 years in business.... very very few complaints.   


    Anyone who works with the general public will tell you it is inevitable you will run in to "entitled" customers like this guy.   I won't serve them.  


    I'm the owner of Jay's Auto Transport Inc.    I have  not changed my fee since I started this company back in 2010.   It is for this reason I am doing very well and I don't need to work with jerks like ************    I don't have employees ****.  I've always been a one man company.   I will not let you abuse another carrier in my network.   I need them more than I need you and your inconsiderate conduct.  "I pass"..... and you couldn't handle it.   Get over yourself ************

    Update:    **** and his wife started calling my office line and ranting to me over the phone since they saw my similar YELP response.   Wow.   I'm so glad I turned down his request to move a vehicle again.   It's not worth the aggravation to work with people like **** and ******************    I'm too old for their drama.   


    ps:  sorry for the typos in my first response.  I'm busy at my office service nice repeat customers and was distracted trying to post the review.   You get my point though.  You can't please everyone.  I just won't serve them again.

    Thank you very much for the review.  I do not advertise.  I only work with repeat customers and customer referrals.  Your loyalty means a lot to me.  I'm 63 years old (as of June 2024) and have no plans to retire.  I love my job and the many customers that continue to trust me with their  "pride and joy".    For most people, their vehicle is their second most valuable asset (their home being the most valuable).   I have never forgot that over the years and treat every vehicle with the very best care possible.

    I worked with him before and never had any problems. This time around it was all kind of confusing and disrespect. The way he handled this transaction and the conversation that we had was unbelievable. I always recommend him to people. But never again. The unprofessional way he talked and yelled at me was out of this world. Ladies beware***

    1)  The customer signed a contract.

    2) I assigned a great carrier to pick up her ***** Civic exactly during her "pickup window".

    The truck I assigned was also at a rate $75.00 below our contract price.   

    3) Customer decided she needed to keep the car longer and wanted to push back her move date.

    4) After a truck is assigned and I did my job fully - there is no refund.

    5) Customer is making wild accusations and acting vindictively because she lost $100.00.  

    6)  I will send the BBB a copy of my contract.

    7) I will send the BBB a copy of the carrier "acceptance" to pickup the customers car.

    8) I will show proof that she looked for another carrier to move her car at a later date.  

    9) If I sued this customer for defamation, I would win and she would have to pay damages.  

    This was her 3rd order with my company and she feels she can walk all over me.  I will not work for free and allow her to blatantly break my contract.

    Had to have my car moved from ******, ** to **********, **(only 415miles), for mechanical repairs. Went with ***'s Auto Transport, very professional, everything went seamlessly. Driver/company that *** picked out were superb, timing was excellent. VERY SATISFIED with the whole process.
