Ordered a door from ASP May 2023. It came in Nov 2023 and was installed by ********. I immediately reported the damage to the door. The impact door has a dent in the frame, crack in the glass and 4 large chips in the metal interior of the frame. ASP technician came out twice to inspect the damaged door. ASP also sent a tech from the manufacture (Linea Rossa) to verify the damage. Once damaged confirmed a manufacture issue, I was told they would get a new door shipped within a month. It has been 5+ months and no resolution. *** told me the door is at the ********** and would be installed the following week. ASP the following week called and said it's delayed two months. What happened to it being at the port? This company is unorganized, and nobody knows what is going on. Once I told them I was seeking legal counsel, *** said they will work to get it quickly. Two weeks later it arrives at their warehouse after I called and threaten legal action. My sales rep left the company, due to not being paid for work and ASP not being a reliable company. As of now April 2024, I was told by ASP, that the door would be installed today. Upon taking off work for the install, ASP called and said they didn't schedule the right installers and will need to reschedule for another day. Again, I had to threaten them with legal action and told them they need to pull someone off of another job and get this done today. I also requested a refund for this door a few months ago and ASP continues to say they are working with Linea Rossa for the refund. I paid ASP and expect a refund the delay, time I spent wait for them and taking off of work. ASP is not a company to be trusted with high priced windows and doors. I have also left a message with the owner (***********************************). ASP will make you pay up front for your order that you may never get. I have pictures of the damaged door and all correspondence between myself and ASP as proof of my complaint.
