    In 2021 I bought a package offered by this company, when I tried to redeem it after ******* found out that the page was out of business, I submitted the form on their website to claim my money back and also a chargeback on my bank but this was not accepted as it was more than a year old.Since then I have been waiting for an answer but I have not received anything yet. I moved to a different country so until now I could not take care of this matter. Found on reddit that you have helped other people and since I am not in ***, I have no clue what to do as I was expecting for the company to issue a refund.This is my last chance to recover the money as otherwise I know it would be forever lost.Thank you ******

    I purchased a ******** vacation from this company, when I went to book it, I was informed the company had closed due to CV 19. This was January 2021, they said they would have the refunds with in 90 days. When I go to the site, it says it has received my refund request. It is currently January 2024 with no refund. That is 3 years and not one update or refund.

    Transaction of $366.10 on the 9th of July 2020 for 3 night accommodation on the ********** ********* bought through Unsold.com Money hasnt been refunded *********** doesnt exist anymore.

    I brought a vacation to ******** through unsold for ****** in January of 2021. was told that I had 24 months to use the vacation and all of a sudden I received a email stating that unsold was closing. I filled out the form for the refund and its been 2 years and still no refund. This makes no sense and I still want my money back.

    On Nov 28, 2020 I purchased a discounted hotel deal for 499$. The deal was valid for 24 months. In the summer of 2022, I tried to book the hotel and found out the business had closed and that they were issuing refunds - but only if you formally asked for one. I filled out the form to ask for my refund and I've since heard nothing from the company and have not been refunded. Their website does not allow you to submit the form a second time. There are no phone numbers on the site. I have no way of asking when I'll get my refund. I don't trust that refunds are even being issued. Its too late to get refund from my bank. This should be illegal as they get their money and we get empty promises with no way to collect.

    I purchased two vacation packages in 2020. In March of 2021 I had sent a request to cancel and refund to unsold.com. Their customer service baited me into keeping my purchases saying they were good for 24 months after purchase and they could also be gifted to friends or family. So, I kept them thinking I still had time to use them. Then, when I was ready to travel shortly after my correspondence with them, unsold.com was shut down. It has been two years since I've sent in my request form. They had to know when I made my first request to cancel that their end was near and they baited me into not canceling saying I still had at least a year left on my purchases. It's criminal!

    I purchased a deal from Unsold for a week hotel stay in ********* in November of 2021 for $416.00 which was good for 24 months. I discovered that they went out of business and put in a claim for a refund. I then checked recently and they said I would get a refund in the order they were received, but have received nothing to date.

    I purchased a vacation package from Unsold vacations 6/23/2021. I have filled out the form and no one has contacted me to refund my money since they are out of business

    Unsold.com has closed and claim to have been giving refunds. But we have not gotten any or heard anything. We purchased in May 24 of 2021. I don't know who else to contact. I want my money refunded immediately! I've done the Restitution form and it keeps saying I'll get my refund soon. That's been over a year now.
