At ASP SuperHome, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and expert craftsmanship. Due to the custom nature of our home improvement solutions—including hurricane-impact windows and doors, metal roofing, and solar energy systems—all sales are considered final once materials are ordered or installation has begun.
However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work diligently to address any concerns. Our policy includes:
• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 3 days of signing the contract, provided materials have not been ordered or fabrication has not started.
• Defective or Incorrect Products: If a product is found to be defective or incorrect upon installation, we will promptly repair or replace it at no additional cost, as covered under our warranty.
• Warranty Claims: All products and workmanship are covered under applicable manufacturer warranties where applicable.
• Service Adjustments: If there is an issue with installation or performance, we will work with the homeowner to find a suitable resolution.
