      I am not liable for this debt with OWN IT 4 LESS , I do not have a contract with TOP ASSET SOLUTIONS, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested

      Dear BBB,
      After conducting thorough research, we have verified that the information reported to the credit bureaus for this Lease Agreement, which includes an ownership option for this customer, is accurate as of today's date. The attached Lease Agreement is in charge-off status, indicating that the customer never satisfied his obligations with our institution, and this account will be reported as such until the lease is fully satisfied.
      We comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) by accurately reporting the payment history. Additionally, we have attached the signed Lease Agreement, the customer's ID, and proof of goods received by the customer. It is also important to note that this customer made several payments for this account, and received the welcome call and he agreed with all the information provided.

      September 14 and,21 2024 for some reason on their side its not letting my payments go through. I went online to make a payment on the same day my payments are due with my bank information that has gone through. They charged me late fee of ***** and ***** though i paid my account on time.. The website says late fee but the representative telling me its a transaction return fee. Their own website is giving me different information and amounts. Instead of my account balance going down, it keeps going up. They refuse to give my payoff. They said I have to call them to pay it off but won't give me the information.

      Dear BBB,


      After conducting a thorough review, we have resolved the issue regarding the information disputed by the customer (Co-signer of the Lease Agreement with the ownership option RAHO-*****) on 10/01/2024. The company has issued a refund for the fees charged due to a system error. Please refer to the attached image for details.
      The total refund amount includes:

      * 4 NSF Fees at $27 each
      * An over payment of $6.58 on the lease
      Totaling $114.58

      When the customer contacted our office, the administrative department had already closed, which prevented us from providing accurate figures for the lease payoff at that time. The account was reviewed the next business day, and the refund was issued promptly. We informed the customer on the same day that the refund was processed and that the account was closed and in good standing.
