    I ordered a pet grooming kit and warranty from Uproot Clean on 23 January 2025 and still have not received my merchandise. I've contacted them several times by email, they responded saying it will ship soon but still no tracking number or product received.

    Purchased the Uproot Pet Grooming machine and Uproot Pet Grooming Kit Carrying Case on 12/8/24 after seeing on their website that it will include mystery gifts. Based on the amount I spent I was to receive 2 mystery gifts. My order number is UC117906512. The order stated it will arrive within 3-5 business days. On 12/14/24 I emailed the company to ask for an update on my package since I havent received it. They replied the same day saying they are having low stock issues and a new shipment arrives by Sunday, 12/15. On 12/18 I sent another email to Uproot requesting an update on my package. They replied the same day and apologized for the delay and stated I will get a notification when its sent. On 12/21/24 I received the Uproot Pet Grooming machine but I was missing the 2 free mystery gifts and the Carrying Case. I sent an email on 12/21/24 asking when will I receive the rest of my order. They replied the same day and said the mystery gift should be packs of the 50ct Dryer Sheets and can I confirm if I have them. I replied the same day and reiterated the items that I am missing. I havent received a response from them or the rest of my order. I wrote an email again on 1/11/25 to check on the rest of my order and still no response or packages.

    I ordered this product on 12/2/24. Order number UC117134412. I received the product and wish to return it. It is in unopened condition and brand new. I have emailed the company over 6 different times and filed a dispute through ******. No response has ever been given to me via the company and still no refund. I am willing to ship the product back that is in unopened condition. The website states they have a full 60 day refund policy.

    I was contacted by the company to return the product myself.  Their return policy on their website states that they will send me a shipping label to return the product.

    I ordered a dog grooming vacuum complete with extra attachments. The total was $201.00. I ordered it on November 23rd and it was suppose to ship within 3days. I also spent additional money for expedited shipping. I have yet to receive my order. And it is now December 14th. I fear I have been scammed. I contacted the e mail address for customer support. I have yet to get any response from Uproot. I would like my order or my money back.This is the worst business I have ever delt with.
