Shoes do not fit and are uncomfortable.Stated by "EthanJ" in writing that refund window was 5 days after delivery. On their website, it is 14 days. Impossible to reach by telephone. Called 5 times. Finally called back by customer service. 14 day refund was confirmed. Said to expect "email next morning, 7/3/******** received 7/3/25 from "***** J" stating "Please take some pictures while measuring the product with measuring tape/scale and send us pictures. Also provide a picture of the product packaging and the shipping label." A delaying tactic if I've ever seen one! They have no intention of issuing a refund.

Every time I follow up, I am promised that my issue will be reviewed, but there has been no update or ************* a seller, this payment is crucial for my business, and the lack of response from Inspire Uplift has caused significant financial strain.       On May 21 2025 I purchased two posters from podzenartistry through **************************. I have yet to receive the product or any information on its delivery/refund (June 19 2025). I sent the seller a message to which there was no response for approximately 3 weeks. I have opened a complaint with the website, however the customer service agents state Ill receive an email in ***** hours with further information. These further emails have never been received. I contacted the customer service on approx June 6 and 14th. The seller has messaged me a generic response after opening the complaint, but there has been no communication regarding order fulfillment

      I am a registered seller on Inspire Uplift, operating under the store name Shopping Go Store. I have been selling products on their platform for over a year. However, Inspire Uplift has failed to release my earned payouts totaling $384.90 USDdespite repeated follow-ups and written assurances.The pending transactions date back as far as April 19, 2024, and are still marked as "Pending" in my dashboard. I have attached screenshots showing 7 payout transactions from April 2024 to July 2024, all using ****** as the payment method, none of which have been processed to date.I have contacted their customer support team numerous times. Each time, I received generic responses assuring me that my issue is under review or being escalated. Most recently, on **************, I was promised an urgent resolution, yet nothing has been done.       I ordered a book "In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts: Close Encounters with Addiction" from the website. I was trying to buy a physical book instead of an e-book.However, on the product page, there is NO information saying "it is a digital purchase not a physical product". At the corner, it said "instant download" but I was not sure what it means. Even on the "delivery" section, there is no warning of being a digital product, not eligible for shipping. After I made the purchase, I realized the problem.I contacted the customer service immediately and all I got was "the vendor specified clearly it is a digital product". It is completely wrong because if there is a single word saying such on the webpage I would not buy it. I bought digital books on other websites but they always made it very clear it is not physical. I need to request a refund because the vendor and the website are both trying to hide information and make me believe the information is right on the webpage. I cannot guess the information that is not on the description.
