    Decided I didnt want this its claims are are not what they said they were tried countless times for a response they dont have a number they just have an email which they dont respond

    the bottle stopped working and after sending many emails including have to send a video of the bottle not working I am disgusted with this company and want nothing to do with them or their bottles. I have asked for a full refund seven times to no avail. I just want my money back, thanks for your help, ***** *****

    I placed an order with Hydroh on December 31, 2024. On February 5, 2025, I reached out to the company via email to express my dissatisfaction with the product and to notify them that part of my orderthe sip capshad not been received. I requested a full refund at that ******* response (see image labeled HYDROH1), the company stated that the shipping costs to return the item would exceed its value and offered me a 20% refund instead. I declined this offer and reiterated my request for a full refund, citing their own refund policy.Hydroh then informed me that, per their policy, I was required to use the product for a full 90 days before being eligible for a refund. I complied with this requirement and continued to use the product as instructed.On March 31, 2025exactly 90 days after my purchaseI contacted the company again to request a full refund. However, I was met with the same response as before: they could only offer a 20% refund. (Please see images HYDROH2, HYDROH3, HYDROH4, and HYDROH5 for documentation of this exchange, and images ORDER1, ORDER2, and ORDER3 for my original order details.)Hydrohs response directly contradicts their published 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which clearly states:We offer a 90-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee.Requests for a refund must be submitted within the 90-day period.If you meet all the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.I have met all the stated conditions of their policy, including using the product for 90 days and contacting them within the eligible time frame. Despite this, the company refuses to honor the full refund as advertised.I am seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter. I am requesting a full refund in accordance with Hydrohs stated guarantee.

    I purchased 2 hydro water bottles* The bottles were supposed to turn blue and bubble up* The batteries in both do not appear to hold a charge* The light stays red- indicating the battery is low* Upon receiving, one bottle had moisture in the bottom of the mechanism* I reported to Hydroh bottle company customer service that I was not pleased with the functionality of the bottles and they have refused to refund* They claimed via email they would do whatever I wanted to make the situation right* I gave them over a week to respond and advised that I would be reporting BBB if they had not replied affirmatively by today* As of today I have had no contact to rectify the problem* I do still want a total refund for the non functional bottles* Ty* * order #*****HB & *****HB

    On March 9 I paid $82.98 for a Hydroh bottle. It worked 12 times then stopped. Couldn't find a customer service phone number so I emailed them. They responded once asking for more info then stopped answering when I asked for the refund address. There was no invoice in the package when I received it. Wish I had kept the package it came in for the return address.

    March ****** I paid $97.97 It was to Hydroh Bottle in *****, ***We received the bottle and it was too small and I just dont have the time while at work to charge it I did not want it so I tried to return but need a return address I email the and asked for a return address from day one that I received the product which was on Friday March the 7th and to this date on March the 11th I still have not received an address after they reply to me about why I am returning the product I have emailed them 3-4 time and nothing yet.
