    I placed an order with this company on April 1st. I ordered three items. One arrived at in a decent time frame. However it was wrong. It took a couple of tries to contact them. For the wrong item I was told I can send it back (there was no return label, so I would have to pay) or get a 15% discount on the next order i placed. I chose to keep the shirt. I also started an inquiry about the rest of my order then as well. And they just said it would ship separately. On May 1st I sent another email asking about my order. I asked if it has shipped and if not please cancel and refund the difference. I was informed that the items were in transit and that a refund was not an option. I then asked for tracking information because I haven't heard anything from them. They responded with there website is "undergoing maintenance" and that is why I can't see anything. So I asked for the tracking information again. I was responded with an email saying that my package has successfully shipped, however they can not provide me with the tracking details just yet. After a week I emailed again asking for the tracking information. They responded that they verified it was in transit and would follow up with the delivery company. Yet again still no tracking information. I thanked them for checking and asked for the tracking information again. At this point I started to let them know my frustration with them. I was followed up that they will check with the following department and get back to me. After another eight day I reached out to them asking for the tracking information and at this point I wanted an immediate reply. Four days later I received an email letting me know that the parcel has been returned for reasons unknown. And gave me two options; reship what I ordered or pick something different. I followed up asking for a refund because I no longer wanted to do business with them. I feel that they have been lying to me the entire time. And now they won't respond and are ignoring me

    On Nov. 25, 2023, I purchased two items from The Anime Figure Store online via their website anime-figure-store.com. The transaction was Order #AFS-1539. The overall purchase was for: Figure POP ****** vs Naruto - Naruto Shippuden 1 ($99.99) and Figure Naruto Uzumaki Kyubi - Naruto Shippuden 1 ($64.99).After a Black Friday discount, the total came to $148.48 which was paid via *************************** sent two items, neither of which was the correct item. The incorrect items were not packaged properly for shipping and one arrived broken. The boxes had also been severely damaged in shipping.I contacted the company and requested a full refund or to have the incorrect items returned and the correct items shipped. The company has declined to do so in subsequent emails, and has now only offered a 10% discount code off future purchases. This is completely unacceptable. I'd like to register this official complaint against them and request a full refund from the business.

    I purchased two items from this shop and only received one item I tried to be patient and wait on the other and contact their customer service but received no response, no help whatsoever ever there is no phone number to contact just an email and an address the tracking information provided states it can not be found even using the tracking website they provide.

    #AFS-1296 is the order number I placed on April 26th. They promised that my shipment would arrive in two to three weeks, but it has been many days and still no news. No shipping or shipping information for me either. I tried to contact them, but no matter how many emails I sent, no matter how many questions I asked, I still didn't get a response, and they didn't have the option of refunding, etc., so I want to complain to them, hoping to solve my online shopping problem.

    I placed an order with this company on April 10, 2023. On April 18, 2023 I received an email giving me the tracking number of the item. I have not received this item and the tracking number is not correct. I have tried three or four times to contact the company through their contact ** tab on their website and have not received any response. The item purchased was for my son and cost over $50. I have been unable to find a phone number.
