    WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY (USA OFFICE MACHINES). THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT AND WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT WITH THEM THEY DISAPPEARED (NEVER TO BE HEARD FROM AGAIN). FINALLY AFTER 4 ATTEMPTS AT CONTACTING THEM I SIMPLY GAVE UP. THEY WON ... SHAME ON THEM.

    I first purchased an Epson Photo Black Ink cartridge 157 on April 28th, 2025. After tracking the package for some time I contacted USA Office Machines on May 13th, 2025 and was told the package shipped. That was all the text said. Shipped. I sent back a screen shot of the tracking number to show that it hadnt shipped yet. That it was awaiting item. After no response I sent, Will I receive confirmation of USA sending another cartridge as I was told today via telephone for Order USA-24223?The response was It will show movement within 24hrsOn May 15th, 2025 I texted back, I don't see any movement for tracking number.Response was, it has left us I can assure you --we have to wait for the **** to update. Finally after playing these games for a few weeks I decided to dispute the credit card charge with the credit card company. I filed a claim on May 16th, 2025. On June 2nd, 2025, over a month later I received a package in my mailbox marked express after making the purchase. But it wasnt an Epson Photo Black Ink cartridge that was clearly shown on the USA Office Machine web site. It was an after market black ink cartridge that I could have bought on ****** for $37 and had it in a few days. One which I did not want. I shopped around looking for an original Epson cartridge and thats why I was willing to pay $56.39 for it. So I contacted USA Office and after telling them I didnt want the ink cartridge they sent I was told they would email me a shipping label. Instead I received an email that said that they want me to pay for shipping and they want to deduct 25% for an item they shipped out a month later which was t even the item I paid for.

    BUYER BEWARE!! On 3/16/25, I placed an order with this company for 3 Premier ****** Yale paper cutters for $517.26. My order arrived with only one paper cutter. I called customer service on 3/21/25 and spoke to ****** He assured me that he would contact the warehouse and the other 2 would be sent. He would email me by the end of the day with an update. I went ahead and opened the paper cutter I had received to find that it was the wrong model. I took photos and emailed customer service requesting a call tag and a full refund for my order. On 3/24/25, three days later, I hadn't received a response. I resent my email and called customer service again. I waited on hold for 6 minutes and then had the displeasure of speaking to "****." I explained my situation to ****, who claimed that an email had already been sent to me (Nope.). I requested that he resend it to me. I gave him an additional email address just in case the firewall at work had blocked the original. He said that I'd receive the email within 5-7 minutes. I asked if he would stay on the line due to me having already had to hold for 6 minutes. He said no and disconnected. I received the email within seconds of hanging up. However, it was not the call tag I'd requested but a return authorization blanket email. It explained that I was responsible for return shipping and may be charged a 25% restocking fee. I immediately called back and spoke to **** again. He was loud, arrogant, and condescending. I'm writing to share my extreme frustration with the appalling customer service I have experienced while trying to resolve an issue with my order. This has been an exhausting and unacceptable process, riddled with unfulfilled promises, unprofessional behavior, and outright negligence on this company's part. It's now 3/28/25, I've left messages on the "manager ***** *.'s" voicemail twice, tried texting with customer service ( another nightmare), and my issue is no closer to being resolved than it was on the 21st.

    ******** customer service. Called to check on order was told the shipping option I picked was not available. Ok why is it an option to pick then? *** says itll be there Monday or Tuesday ok called on Friday only to be told the item is discontinued! ***

    TERRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I placed an order on 11/18/2024 for a refurbished dictaphone. I received it on 11/21/2024 but it was broken. I immediately reached out to them and stated i wanted to RETURN the device and in the meantime, I order a brand new device from another vendor. on 11/27/2024, I got an email saying that a return label had been requested and to allow "24/72 hrs". I followed up for the return label on 12/3/2024, 12/12/2024, 12/13/2024, 12/19/2024, and 12/27/2024. I finally received return authorization on 12/27/2024 and paid the shipping fees to return the broken device and provided ********************** with the ***** Tracking number as requested and advised "This is a RETURN (no exchange) for a defective product." I reached out on 1/23/2025 for a refund update. The package was delivered by ***** on 1/6/2025 at 11:02 am. I received a response on 1/24/2025 that stated "this was set for a replacement". I immediately responded and said advised that I specifically requested a return only. It had been over two months since the original order and we had already placed another order with a different vendor. We needed the device. I contacted them for an update on 2/12/2025 because I hadn't received a refund or the alleged device they were sending on 1/24/2025. On 2/21/2025, they advised the *** was 3/5 and I asked them to cancel and issue the refund. On 2/23/2025, they advised "If no update by tomorrow I will have a copy of refund." I asked for a copy of the refund on 3/4/2025 since still no device or refund. I have sent follow up emails asking for proof of refund on 3/7/2025, 3/9/2025 and today and still NOTHING!!!!

    I should have read these reviews before attempting to purchase some highlighters, which they never even had in stock. Took my credit card and never charged it but kept saying they would send them when I called. Finally I learned today from a rude rep that they only had these in another color. When I suggested they mark out-of-stock items on the website, the rep said he would cancel the order and hung up on me. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS INEPT COMPANY!

    Operating out of ********** but using a Florida address as a LLC. ****************** of corporations status shows inactive yet they scam people on on daily basis. It appears they sell you equipment at top dollar then purchase the same item on **** and drop ship it. We are notifying on State of ************* of corporations and NJ attorney General. They also operate on line as ACE office products. Operated by ***** ******, Norhvale NJ

    I placed an order for 5 packs of ledger sheets. 9 1/4 x 11 7/8. 500 sheets and they sent me three dinky ledger books. Charged me $167.00. Not even close to what I ordered. I feel that I have been scammed!!

    Customer placed an order for ledger sheets and we shipped as ordered. Customer did ask if they may return and within minutes we did send return instructions. No return emails from this customer at all just straight to a review with no chance to help all.

    I'm forced to give 1 star because a star is required to submit a review.I purchased a HP LaserJet printer from USA Office Machines. Their website showed a photo of a new printer, however when I spoke to a representative I was told the printer was fully refurbished and came with a one-year warranty. I received the printer in a make-shift box, it was filthy, did not function properly, and had missing parts. The printer was misrepresented both on their website and by the representative. The printer was filthy with food crumbs, coffee stains, dirt, grim, toner smudges and toner dust. The right side panel was ajar because it was not reassembled properly. There were missing parts, no paper tray, no catch paper flap, no USB cable, no ************************* which was said to be included.After having to clean the printer, I ran a test page only to find it did not print properly. The prints were faint with ghosted type and images.I contacted USA Office Machines and told them I was displeased with printer and that I should not have to pay a 20% restocking fee since the printer was not as described. I received an email saying they would give me an exchange, but I would first have to send them photos. I did not want an exchange, I had lost all faith in USA Office Machines and I should not have to accept an exchange when they should have delivered fully refurbished printer.I requested they pick up their printer and issue a refund. They refused and I am now having to depute the purchase with my credit card company. I emailed them saying I would be disputing the charge. I received a scare tactic email stating that they win 98% of all disputes. This behavior makes me think they have had lots of disputes from dissatisfied customers, and ripping people off is how they conduct business.     bought new they called said they were out would send better more storage better machine same price well new machine showed up dosent work properly called or return was laughed at told your stuck credit card co canceled order ggave me my 700 back worst company ever
