Monday, February 20th at 3pm Amount of transactions $4,000.00 and $1,000 Shaft supplement and Glans procedure .I dont fell the staff was profession , I feel like i was forced into signing a no refund paper and I only wanted advice.I have spoken to *********************** ************************* and he wanted pictures to show the staff and i sent some he said make an appointment to come in and the Dr would look and see what he could do. Then while making the appointment ******************************* Office: ************ **************************** ************************************************************ ALSO during my proceedure i was wearing earphones and they noticed it didnt work right :"my skin didnt accept the callogen correctly and I can have a refund" I didnt know he was talking to me when It was pointed out to me after the proceedure he said alotof luck getting it and He would admit it if i called BBB *********** has reciently went under new ownership changed their name from Loria medical to Best man Manhattan Told me there were no refunds at all once service was provided she said she had the contract and could send it to me.Please assist me in resolving this issue
