    Ordered storm windows 11/16/2021 and paid 50% of the purchase price per the terms of the contract. Product finally arrived at the company in August of this year and was delivered to my home on 8/31 2022 and an additional 30% was paid on the same day. Installation was 'substantially' completed 9/6/22 and an additional 15% was paid. We have been waiting since then for the final inspection and the 'completed' installation to be done. Have contacted the company on numerous occasions with no results, no time frame, and frequent non-return of phone calls. They have 95% of the total cost and seem to have taken the position that they can't be bothered. As a result, I have been unable to re-install the existing security system and have 'do not remove strips' on all the windows.

    Upon receiving the complaint I contacted the client and was informed that he had not received a call regarding his date for final inspection.  i contacted ******* in our permit department and she is contacting the client to ensure that he has a permit package.  I assured the client that I would contact him no later than 12/13 with an update. The client seemed satisfied with that action.
