    I purchased a Sigma *******mm 5-6.3 Contemporary DG OS HSM Lens for Nikon and then bought a 3 year warranty. Tracking they tried to leave my Lens in ******** **. I do not live in ******** **. I live in *********** *****. It noted they tried to leave the Lens Package at my front door at 6:41am yesterday morning. My Ring Bell says otherwise.     Where is my Sigma *******mm 5-6.3 Contemporary DG OS HSM Lens for Nikon?

    It was not delivered today like it's noted on the tracking. See photo attached. The package and tracking number on this package is a Stylus Pen.

    That brings me to who stole my Lens?  Where is my Lens? You owe me a lens! Who switched tracking numbers and sent me a Stylus Pen and not my Lens? Someone owes me a Lens or a Refund.

    I tried calling this company. Bogus Phone Number. I tried emailing them. No reply. I had to work with Amazon today as that's who they use to sell their camera equipment. They think someone at their fulfillment center put the wrong sticker on the Stylus Pen and someone else got my Lens today.  You think? As a Lens the size of one's arm does not fit in a small bag that is thrown at **************. Amazon notes they are sending a replacement that should get here by 10pm tomorrow. We shall see.

    As you can see in the attached screenshot,the customer placed an order with the ** *******************, selecting the fulfillment method as "Amazon FBA." They have also requested a replacement order with the ** *******************. According to the below Amazon guidelines,when a customer chooses the fulfillment method "Amazon FBA," they are subject to Amazon's policies, and Amazon is responsible for delivering the inventory to customers.

    If an item you send to us as part of the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service is lost or damaged at a facility or by a carrier operated by Amazon or on behalf of Amazon, we will replace that item with a new item of the same FNSKU or we will reimburse you for it.

    Due to Amazon's FBA policies, GOJA LLC is not responsible for lost or missing inventory, nor can we track FBA orders. Therefore, we kindly request that you remove any complaint related to Amazon FBA orders 112-5977725-8421006 and 113-8529607-2232227 (replacement).

    At this point, we highly recommend that the customer reaches out once again to Amazons customer support team for assistance, as it seems she did not receive the replacement package either.
