Order was placed on Nov 9th with no indication of shipping delays or back orders. Called on the 11th to ask why we hadn't been charged for the order yet but got no answer, a message with relevant information was left. On Nov 12th we were charged for the order but got no confirmation or call back from our message. On Nov 19 a call was placed and an email sent with no answer. Upon searching the BBB we realized this company is apparently bad news and now we just want our money back asap.Initial Complaint

10/30/2021 $355.83 Order #1138 The website advertises "100% percent money back guarantee if not satisfied with the quality." The hangers are not good quality and I am dissatisfied with them. I have reached out to only hangers several times only to not receive a reply. I would like them to make good on what was advertised, I'm happy to send them back.Business response

Sales Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: ***@onlyhangers.com Dear BBB, This customer is correct in that we do advertise "100% Money back Guarantee if not completely satisfied with the Quality" Our return policy is a standard 30 day return policy which states that the hangers may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This customer purchased the hangers in October of 2020 and now wants to return them after 1 year! Our hanger quality is excellent and I think if there were any issues with the hangers it would not take a year to contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund since the 30 day return policy has expired and she has been using the hangers since last year. I have been emailing OnlyHangers to return the hangers for many many months now. I never received a reply and now decided to escalate it to BBB. I purchased shirt & pant hangers from onlyhangers.com. I placed an order at the end of March 2021. I didn't open the package until June 21, 2021. It took me 3 months to open the box. This was because I had to clean my daughters closet out and prepare for the new teen sized hangers. I realized I ordered the baby sized hangers. I called the 800 number provided on onlyhangers.com. I explained all this to a very nice lady. She did tell me that I had waited too long to RETURN the hangers. I then asked her if I could just EXCHANGE the hangers for the bigger size. She put me on hold and talked to someone and they said I could do an EXCHANGE, because I still wanted the teen hangers. I have contacted them 3 times by email. 3 times by their contact page. And called them. NO HELP. My order number was #XXXXXXXX. I shipped the hangers back via USPS and they received them on 6/29/21. They won't contact me or respond to my emails or calls. I just want an EXCHANGE.Business response

The order (Order# 1797 / Packing Receipt Order #XXXXXXXX) was placed on December 29, 2020. I received the order, but in lieu of 8 Metal Multi-pant Hangers, I received 8 metal drop hangers (see image below). I emailed Only Hangers on January 10, 2021 to notify the company that a portion of the order was incorrect and to request instructions for returning the incorrect product and getting the correct product sent to me. I have the original order confirmation, the packaging receipt and images of what was actually sent. After getting no response to the email, I called the number on the website and sent additional emails on February 19, 2021, March 11, 2021 and April 18, 2021. To date I have received no response to my communication attempts. Emails were sent to both ***@onlyhangers.com and ****@onlyhangers.com. The amount paid for the entire order was $422.35 and the amount for the product I have not yet received is $31.60.Business response

We found your emails in our spam folder which is why we never responded in a timely manner. We shipped out the correct hangers for you today via FedEx and emailed you the tracking number. There is no need to return the hangers sent in error. Again, please accept our apologies for the email oversight and error in shipping. If you have any questions or need anything else, please let me know.
