    They run a shady auto dealership (DC Auto LLC) out of this shop. Used car was posted for sale by one of their employees on FB Marketplace. I asked and was told car is fine, turns out it needs more repairs than the vehicle is worth. I arrived at the agreed upon time to meet with one of the employees, ******. He was inside working despite knowing we would be coming to look at the car. ****** never spoke to us. Another guy did and said the car was at a different lot. So, we spent an hour in the office with the owner, *****, watching YT videos about scams while they got the car. Gas was empty (light was on), so, I only got to test drive once around lot. Go back to the office - the guy who does their paperwork left for the day. Again, despite this being pre-scheduled. They call him back, meanwhile the other A+ Collision employees tried to access sites on the computer only the paperwork guy could legally access in order to get the temp plates. He gets back. They don't have the title, report, or dealer plates on hand - despite the CarFax report being requested in advance. Apparently the car is being sold by DC Auto LLC - a dealership they run out if this shop, not ****** as a private seller. Paperwork guy forged signature on contract for DC Auto, as apparently only one person is authorized to sign on their behalf. $4.4k in repairs needed on a car thats only worth about $4k - none disclosed prior to purchase. I cant speak to the repair shop, but a place that overfills fluids, puts the wrong tires on cars, sells cars with leaks, no brakes, no AC, corroded battery, etc. maybe isnt somewhere you want to get your car repaired. They took all the money I have in the world and had me drive home in a car with paper-thin brakes.

    I took my car to this bodyshop to get a customer pay estimate to paint my front and rear bumper the representative gave me an estimate of $1700 that money was paid entirely to them and i left my car there just to paint it the r&i i did it and she didnt charge me for it when i go and pick up my car because they called me that my car is ready and i checked the work bumpers were NOT painted they only buff it and i confimed with the painter that he did NOT paint my bumpers my car is still at the bodyshop because now they want to charge me more and i already paid please help me as soon as possible because my car is still at the bodyshop and i dont want to pick up until the work is done and i dont want to pay more money

    I have attached 4 photos in which you can see the rear bumper and front bumper on the left side's before and after. When customer came to pick up his vehicle he is stating that there is a difference in color i advised him that this is something that happens and is normal even on brand new 0 miles vehicle because plastic and sheet  metal and/or Aluminum do not absorb the pigmentation the same way so there will always be a color difference. ******** advised me that when his vehicle came in he had the bumpers painted before and there was no difference. I have attached the picture of the vehicle when the customer dropped it off where you can clearly see the difference in color (before picture). I have also attached how the vehicle looks now (after photos). The repairs that he asked us to take care of on the front bumper is in the bottom of the bumper on the passenger side the bumper was scrapped to the point that it needed paint because it had come off. You will also see attached the after picture where the bumper has already been painted. The customers concern when he came to pick up was the difference in color. We have painted the bumpers twice for him and have explained to him that there will always be a difference in color between plastic and sheet metal and proven that his vehicle came in with a difference to big in with as shown in the picture.

    I was involved in a car accident which was not my fault in early December 2023. We are in January 23rd **** and yet to have my vehicle.After I was involved in a car accident. I received a call from An Attorney (which is an Advisor) that she would take care of everything. They are all connected so they can all get kick backs from. Im 69 years old and trusted her. She sent me to the famous scam body shop in ***** A Plus Auto. The run around game is still going. After two weeks my son contacted them because its not normal for a simple bumper to take that long. Not to mention Christmas was a week away. I ask them to release the vehicle after two weeks and they said we would have to pay storage fees which was a lot of money. I am retired and on a fixed income which I cant afford.The damage was a simple rear bumper. The car has damages all over but theyre trying to charge the insurance for all damages pre accident which is not legal. The vehicle insurance at fault cut a check for 500 dollars. Weeks and weeks past by and supposedly the body shop was waiting for an adjuster to respond. Never did they contact the insurance company. A Plus Auto did a supplemental invoice of 14k!?! The adjuster popped up on them to look at the vehicle and refused to let him look at it. Again, prolonging the process. I need my vehicle to get around its been more than a month and they wont fix or release my vehicle.

    The appraisal did call yesterday after hours because all appraisals are welcome Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm. unfortunately when he called the person who does supplements was gone for the day as he called afterhours. We did advise him he is more than welcome to come and inspect the vehicle with in our operating hours stated before. Not until the insurance company comes and looks at the damages and advised us what we are going to fix and what not and from where to order the parts i cannot proceed with any vehicle repairs. I understand the frustration from the customers point but unfortunately my hands are tied as he is filing through an insurance company which is who is going to pay so i have to follow their procedures.

    This shop is very greedy and dishonest. I believe this business would not survive if it wasn't for the shady tactics and scamming. The manager **** does not keep her word. The shops owes us a measly 4k but is unable to be open and honest about making the payment. Their rookie mechanics clearly made a mistake repairing our vehicle and they are refusing to pay for it. Now we have to go after their insurance or possibly small claims court. Anyone looking for a repair shop after an accident PLEASE go to the dealership or a reputable repair shop. Do not take advice from tow companies. Check ******* yelp, and BBB first. This shop should be closed down and **** should consider new business ventures.

    Good Morning,

    I have attached the chain of emails with Miami ************************ in which the customer filed the complaint and now we have to  go through their regulations and guidelines to finalize this complaint. In such emails also you will clearly read where at no point in time after we found out that the vehicle had an issue did we advise the customer we were not going to pay for the issue on the contrary we requested further information from him and i myself had a phone conversation with Mr. ******** and his wife were i advised them both we will take care of the issue they were having at the dealer however in the ticket that was provided there was more labor hours of things that had nothing to do with our repairs there fore i wanted to clear that out and unfortunately my son got hospitalized for almost a week, if BBB needs proof of that i would be more than gladly to provide and this is why it wasn't resolved last week. As soon as i get the correct total for the repairs i will write the check to consumer services and send it over to them as it is their guidelines and they will provide the money to the customer.

    I got into a car accident on 07/15/2023. I called the police, and my car was towed to the police court house. There were two guys with tow trucks offering to assist me by towing the car to a safe tow yard. It ended up being Aplus auto collision. When I tried to get the car out and take it to my dealership APlus auto tried to charge me $3500 after the car stood there for a weekend; Which is totally illegal. So instead of calling the police on them, I decided to try my luck and leave it there and have them fix the car. They have charged the insurance over 30k in repairs so far. 2 weeks ago they called me and said the car was ready.. I went down there to get there car and I asked to see it first. 20 seconds pass after I start the engine, the Airbag light comes on, along with the traction control and chassis stabilization light (which is an indicator that the car can lose control and it is unsafe to drive). All this shop did was change irrelevant parts and paint the car its honestly unbelievable that they would try to do that. I really feel bad for people that do not know too much about cars. This shop is such a scam, pure greed.. also, the manager, **** stated that they would pay for my deductible in a previous conversation. On the day I attempted the pick the car up, she said that they only do it for certain customers. I believe this is a race thing. Im honestly unsure how they are still in business. They are repeatedly doing the same stuff to people. Wow.

    First and foremost at no time did Yesy advise this customer that we would not charge the deductible as 1- we have all conversations recorded and he only spoke to yesy one's over the phone and 2- the deductible is part of the cost of the repairs. The collision center does not put the price on the repairs nor does the insurance company pay for parts or repairs that are not related to the accidents the insurance company sends out one of their appraisals to look at the vehicle and write their estimates. ******************** vehicle was done with no lights on as we test drove it. When he came to pick up he revved the vehicle and some lights came on for which we diagnosed and there was another parts that was faulty we called the insurance company and they came out to inspect however we are still waiting for the approval of such part so that we can replace it and give the customer his vehicle back.

    I am rejecting this response because: Sir your establishment is not creditable. You guys have lied about multiple things and all your reviews are saying the same terrible stuff... Your shop even disconnected the *** in the vehicle so I cannot tell whether it is being worked on or not. shady behavior. You were so eager to work on the car but you either have no idea what you're doing or you're cutting corners. How could you have completed the car and not one but 3 different lights come on. How could you be waiting on one part????? It was the AIRBAG LIGHT, CHASSIS STABILIZATION LIGHT, AND TRACTION CONTROL. 3 totally separate errors that are serious safety issues. It's like you spent all that time on the paint job. Pure greed. 

    I just pulled phone records from that day and I received called from different numbers. One of them being ****'s personal number. Nice try. It's discrimination, she says she only does that for "certain customers". wow

    We called JC automotive reset which is the personal the customers insurance work with and due to the front differential clutches which are inside the differential are bad that is why it triggers other codes. We provided the insurance company with the scanned report from this company to Geico. We have to do the repairs based on what the insurance company approved not what we desire to do on the vehicle. The insurance came out last week but we have yet to receive any approval from them. In regards to the deductible that is part of the repair cost and when a customer buys their policy the choose the amount their deductible is. A Plus Auto Collision Center is not racist sir please do not use that excuse. Also, i am aware that there is bad reviews from old management however out of over **** customers there is less than 30 bad reviews that is less than 1 %.

    I was involved in a hit and run on 9/28/23. A tow truck appeared within 10 minutes of my accident and the guy told me that i had nothing to worry that he had a body shop that he would take my car and that they would take care of calling my insurance company and getting my car fixed. A couple days after the shop contacted me and I went to sign all paperwork. They gave me an estimate of $3217.15. My insurance company paid me $5057.15 and the shop want the full amount the insurance paid. But the main thing that my car has is the axle that broke in the accident. When I told them i had another shop that was going to fix my car I asked how much more without the main thing getting fix which is my axle. I went to get my car to take it to a different shop and they want to charge me $1323.50 on 10/20/23. The charges that they made up is unseen. I feel like a victim of pirating that was what an officer of ***** explained to me when I called them to make a report on the shops charges to get my vehicle release. I am a single mother and I work very hard for my children and my car is everything for me to be able to provided. They have had my car for 3 weeks without doing anything to it. Now they want all this money because I decided to take it elsewhere to get my real damages fixed. Please help me out, I cannot afford to pay all that money to get my car and be able to fix it.

    Per statue statute every collision center is obligated to give the customer a preliminary estimate ion which that preliminary estimate states that that is not a final bill and estimate can be more once the vehicle is disassembled and further diagnosed. Nevertheless when you are doing repairs through an insurance company you have to do the repairs exactly by what the insurances company approves. This particular customer wants to keep money from the insurance and not perform all the work that the insurance is paying for which is insurance fraud. Unfortunately this collision center does not fall into those scheme. I advised the customer of the charges she needed to pay to pick up the vehicle if she no longer wishes to do the repairs here since we will not dop insurances fraud and she then went to do a BBB complaint.

    I as a customer also have the option to take my vehicle to a different repair shop. This particular shop made up some bogus charges for me to pay in order to get my vehicle. They also did not advise me when I asked for a written of any those charges. I also know that if any charges it should be of disassembling and assembling of the vehicle if I was notify prior to receiving my written estimate. My vehicle a 2019 ******* Elantra with vin# ***************** has been in the bodyshop since September 28 2023. Almost a month and they did not even take it apart due to the fact that I asked the manager whom I spoke to on October 20 when I went to get my vehicle that why the main thing in my car that is broken which is the axel is not in the estimate and she said that once the vehicle is taken apart that they will know everything that has to get fixed. 
    I just want to also say for the record that my adjuster ***************************** did not take the vehicle apart and she wrote done all damages pertaining to the accident. This shop wants to charge me $3217.15 to repair the front number, grill and fender. Which is obscene amount of money . I feel like I am taking advantage.

    Took my car for body repairs due to car accident. Car was in the shop for minor repairs which took 2.5 months, Charged extra $381 for repairs that I wasnt notified me before. Hubcap missing they said they needed to order it which has been 7 months.Giving me excuses every time I called for the hubcap.The car was released without any detailing very dirty. Would not recommend this shop to anyone it has many bad reviews on Yelp and by people that have had problems with them too.I didnt check this shop before leaving it, also they only take cashier checks or cash only, so one can claim anything. ************** at fault paid $1618.15 I was charged without my consent $381.86 and couldnt take the car until paid or pay storage fees.

    Good Afternoon,

    Please see attached invoice given to customer for the amount he paid. Our payment methods are cash, cashier check, zelle, money order or insurance check. IN regards to the pending part unfortunately we didnot install it because it is in national back order meaning when we called ***************** they advised there isnt any in stock and no ***** dealer has one we were then placed in a queue so that when they become available we will be one of the first ones to receive one. IN regards to the amounts he paid if you see attached insurance estimate the insurance came to the conclusion that he was 10% liable for the accident and he was responsible for the 10% of the repair non the less they also considered that the vehicle had a unrelated prior damage where the vehicle was damaged and he had to pay a total of $301.74 for the unrelated prior damage and $80.12for the 10% liability on the accident.

    I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on July 13th at 12:30 PM the police responded. A 3rd party company A+ ******** center arrived on the scene. They towed my vehicle to their lot. They NOW have tacked on alot of herionious fee"s 600 diagnositc fee, 150 pre-scan fee, Special equiptment fee 300 for intial tow. My car was towed on a hook truck from the rear, there is NO specialty towing required. All of the other fee's are ridiculous. I NEVER authorised any diagnositc or pre-scan. I only had it towed to the lot to remove form the public road and sidewalk. Thier fee is 150 a day storage fee. This is all I am responsible for. I went there yesterday **** to remove my vehicle and they want ****. I do NOT have this money and I am NOT responsible for ALL their fabricated fee's. Five days of storage is ****** when tried to pick up on ****. NOW price just keeps adding with each day

    ************** came to A+ Auto Collision Center to drop off his vehicle for repairs. As he signed the repair order as per state statute in which the repair order is prewritten of our $600 estimate diagnostic fee and all other fee's that are being charged. At the point of drop off of the customer he provided to us his licence and insurance called for us to file the claim for him which we did however days after the insurance advised us that ************** did not have coverage on his vehicle for them to pay for the repairs. We then contacted the customer and advised him of such issue. If the repairs are cancelled then there are fee's that are due.

    My car was involved in a car accident on 12/22/2022 and was taken to a repair shop on 12/23/2023. I was told there was no fee for the first three days. So I called the shop on 12/27/2023 and asked them if I could have my removed I was told I would have to pay an excessive fee of $1800. Keep in mind no work had been done. My car was declared a total loss by the insurance company on 1/3/2023. They told my insurance company they would have to pay $4300 to get it out of the shop. Mind you no work was done. This company charged my insurance company a total of $8,900 to remove the car from the shop. A vehicle that was a total loss. I spoke with Owner Yesy she is a scam artist.

    **************** vehicle was indeed declared a total loss by the insurance company on December 28, 2022 and the vehicle was not picked up until January 13, 2023 by state law after 72 hours we begin charging a daily storage fee plus our other charges. The insurance company paid $4,501.40 not the amount the customer is stating. Customer did not pay the ********************************************* any money so I don't understand why she is requesting money from us. Our charges are per State Statute. Also **** is not the owner of the business she is the manager. She spoke with the customer and explained to the customer the charges that the insurance company paid.

    The company charged me excessive fees for services that were never rendered. Also my signature was forged on document with the incorrect release date. This company also works in conjunction with Tow truck driver by the name of *** who works with SFL WRECKERS LLC instead of taking your car to Miami Dade County Tow and Storage as instructed by officer he takes to Collision place. Where I was charged $600 for scan that was never done on my vehicle I never received an invoice of the scan either.

    My wife's vehicle entered the Bodyshop on 10/31/2022, same day of the accident. She was hit in the back by another vehicle with our two children inside.To this date, 12/23/2022, repairs have not been completed.We have been in communication with the Bodyshop since day one, doing an unpleasant and unnecessary follow-up because of the Bodyshop's lack of responsibility and professionalism. Delays occurred deliberately on the Bodyshop's behalf, because of malpractices on the process of communicating with the insurance, with the sole purpose of trying to obtain absurd amounts of money to cover the repairs, issuing doubtful supplementals to raise the initial inspection amount from $3059.78 to $9767.51.My wife drives our two children every day to the day care and is required to assist therapy as a consequence of the accident.On 10/31/2022, a rental was offered to her by the insurance company, initially for 30 days, and then three extensions have been granted to accommodate to the absurd delays the Bodyshop has been creating.Last week, we were notified the rental will end on 12/26/2022, and no other extensions will be granted.We communicated with the Bodyshop, and they refused to provide a solution, other than having us covering the cost of the rental ourselves until the repairs are completed and that they will be issuing another supplemental, which will further delay the repairs. We believe is unfear and highly unprofessional not to provide any assistance in this situation, taking in consideration the delays on the repairs are at least, 80% their responsibility. This malpractice greatly affects our family economy and creates a mayor ************** with my wife not being able to assist to her therapy and not being able to transport our children. We ask for an investigation to be conducted on the malpractices of this business, that are surely affecting other customers as well.My wife's name is *****************************, her car is a ***** *********, gray.
