I hired Contract Resolution Group in March 2022 to help me with my timeshare. I was able to keep in touch with them until December 2022. Then I could not reach them anymore. Every time I called they told me that they had not settled my timeshare yet that it took time to settle. It has cost me $4000. I sent a letter in January 2023 to the address they gave me and have not received any answer. I most of the time talked to Robert Tuck. He was the person who was working on my timeshare resolution.Initial Complaint

I gave them a $4000 retainer to have them get a refund from a timeshare that was improperly registered under the Missouri Statutes 407.1240 to 407.1252. called Robert Tuck Nov 2022 was told that it would take a couple more months. Ihave been trying to get in touch to find out they closed. I did some research and found Robert Tuck, the VP handling my case at Contract Resolutions now started a new timeshare recovery group called Mediation Resource Group LLC. In Fort Walton FL. None of his "consultants" seem to know of a Robert Tuck and won't give me his direct line. I want my money as he did not fulfill the agreement.Initial Complaint

In March of 2022 an employee (Justin ******) of Contract Resolution Group contacted my wife and I. He explained that Branson's Nantucket of Branson, MS did not properly file/record our contract/deed and if we chose Contract Resolution Group would negotiate with Branson's Nantucket to terminate our contract and obtain a refund for funds paid at a cost of 30% of whatever was recovered. In March of 2022 we entered into an agreement with Contract Resolution of Destin Florida. The contract we signed states if there is no resolution within a year that Contract Resolution Group will refund 100% of fees paid to them. In our case it was $4000.00. To complicate matters we were told to make our check payable to Gallager-Clifton. Over the last year we were in contact with Contract Resolution Group many times until recently. We spoke with Robert Tuck, Kathleen *******, and Paul ******* many times. Probably 20 times. Each time I was told that our case (#800-712) was proceeding on schedule with no red flags.
Recently I've been unable to get anyone to answer a call. All phone mail boxes are full or phones have been disconnected. I have paperwork from Contract Resolution Group and Support Professionals both of 4641 Gulfstarr Dr., Suite 102, Destin, FL 32541.
I don't have a clue how all these entities are connected but it has become evident that it is a complicated scam with people located in various locations. If at all possibe I would like to recover some of the $4000.00 I paid these people. I will attach some documents but I do have a record of phone calls if needed.Initial Complaint

Entered service agreement with Contract Resolutions **** ********* ***** ***** **** ******* ** ***** Phone ###-###-#### on 9/24/21 to cancel
timeshare with Branson Nantucket and recoup all money we had paid them. We paid Contract Resolutions $4,500.00 to do this within 12 months. This has not happened. Now we are unable to contact them. I want to request my money back ($4,500.00). Service agreement guarentee: Company guarantees that in the event Client does not receive a bona-fide offer of Pre-arbitration to terminate their timeshare agreement with complete recovery of funds paid to the developer, within 12 months from contract signing.....the company will refund 100% of the fee amount for services obtained through this agreement.Initial Complaint

Thay have not filled the agreement to have our money refunded from a timeshare that gave a misrepresentation and did not file the paperwork in a timely manner aocording to the Missouri Statutes 407.1240 to 407.1252. called Robert Tuck the first of Nov. was told that I would recieive paperwork the first of Dec. and would recieive a check by Dec. 24. Ihave been trying to get in touch with them for about eight weeks with no luck I have four numbers but one is not in service two go to voice mail and box is full the last one you are to leave a message and Steve will return your call no one calls back. On August 30, 2021 my husband and I entered into a Service Agreement with Contract Resolutions Group in Destin Florida. We paid Contract Resolutions a $4,500 retainer fee to hire an attorney to recoup funds paid to a timeshare company. The agreement included a guarantee that the "Company guarantees that in the event Client does not receive a bona-fide offer of pre-arbitration to terminate their timeshare agreement, with complete recovery of funds paid to the developer, within 12 months from contract signing and client has fulfilled the responsibilities as outlined in this service Agreement, the Company will refund 100% of the fee amount for services obtained through this agreement." We understood that the Retained Attorney Firm shall be entitled to fees equal to 30% of any recoupment or the Retainer Fee, whichever is greater. No Risk - 100% guarantee. We waited the one year, speaking with Robert Tuck, VP of Contract Resolutions and with Paul, our attorney representative, from Support Professionals, LLC also of Destin, occasionally. I also spoke with them thru text phone or email in October and November and was assured the process was moving along but slowly. In January I tried reaching Mr. Tuck and his business phone is no longer in service and his personal phone can no longer accept messages. I've tried reaching Paul from Support Professionals and he is not returning my call. As agreed upon we have paid the required fee, submitted documents, not had any communication with the timeshare company and have been patient.Initial Complaint

In February 2022, I paid $4000.00 to Contract Resolution Group, LLC. I had received a mailing that described this business as specializing in helping timeshare owners who had purchased from Branson's Nantucket to get a refund. At the time, we were quite unhappy with our recent timeshare purchase and we called the business. After speaking with Robert Tuck, who let us see several websites with positive reviews, including the BBB, we were convinced they were a real company. We completed a contract that said they would contract with a legal firm and follow a legal process to get our refund within 12 months or our money back. I e-mailed and called Robert Tuck several times throughout the year to ask for updates. Usually, we were told that everything was proceeding as planned. However, now that the 12 month period has almost expired, Robert Tuck's business phone number is no longer in service. The legal firm they were supposedly contracting also no longer has a working phone number. For what it is worth, our case number with Robert Tuck's business was 367913.
