I called about getting a temp pole installed and they set an appointment. I blocked off half of a day to meet them. They never showed up. They apologized and set up another appointment. They started working on getting a temp pole installed. They didn't seem to know what they were doing throughout the process. I've now been waiting for about three months and nothing has been done. I called and they said that the person I was working with hasn't been working there in a while. No one bothered to call me. We are now back at square one. They completely wasted three months of my time. Stay away from these unorganized and unprofessional people.

Mr ********* this is all out of our control. Both our estimator and our company Treasurer stated to you in October that your neighborhood was brand new and didn’t have ANY services available. We stated that we needed to wait until your power company actually brings power wires into your new construction area. There is NOTHING that we can do until that happens. It is completely out of our control as we are not the power company. Our call logs show we also left you two messages in December to follow up without a response from you. We spoke with you in January 2024 and tried to discuss the issue with you, and you cussed at our employee and hung up on them. You refuse to answer our calls to try to help you at this point. As of the date of this review, we drove through your neighborhood and we still see nothing but basically a dirt field. We still don't see evidence of any power services ran to your area, so we still cannot perform any work for you until that happens. You need to contact your local power provider and see when they plan to launch in your area.
