************************** (GFS) specializes in providing competitive, value added financing solutions to commercial and state or local government customers that acquire a wide range of projects and equipment.  We focus on working with contractors and resellers by providing them the ability to offer a financing solutions to their end user customers .    Doing so enables contractors and resellers to bundle charges related to equipment, installation and maintenance into a monthly payment option for the customer.  GFS only provides the financing for these potential projects.  In this case the customer needs to contact the contractor that provided the equipment and services and was paid by GFS at time of installation.  GFS does not *** or warrant any of the equipment and services we finance.

    Business Response

    Date: 04/14/2025

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the recent complaint regarding our agreement with Dr. ******* ******, and we would like to provide a full and factual account of the events leading up to this matter.
First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere condolences to Dr. ******* family and colleagues following his recent passing. Our thoughts are with them during this difficult time. While we are saddened by this news, it is important to clarify that the unfortunate passing of a customer does not nullify a valid, executed contractual agreement.

    Overview of Engagement:

In April 2024, one of our agents contacted ***************** with a proposal to improve their communications infrastructure and reduce their overall monthly costs. Specifically, our offering included:

    * Lowering their existing monthly phone and internet bill by approximately $200.
    * Upgrading to AT&T fiber internet with speeds up to 30x faster.
    * Transitioning to a more modern and compatible AT&T **** phone solution.
    * Providing professional installation, managed services, and new compatible phones through our trusted third-party finance partner, ***************************

Throughout the entire process, there was no indication that Dr. ****** was under duress or in poor health. In fact, during multiple recorded calls, Dr. ****** expressed enthusiasm about the savings and the upgraded technology. He made specific comments about wanting to save money and was pleased with the overall solution presented.

    Transparency and Disclosure:

We want to firmly address the allegation that our company misrepresented itself as a direct AT&T sales office. This is categorically false. We are part of the AT&T indirect channel, which we disclose clearly in all communications. Important points include:

    * Emails: None of our email communications originate from an "@*******" domain. All correspondence is from Interface Technologies, which is consistent across our outreach.
    * Sales Quotes and Contracts: Each document includes our company name and logo ("ITI") and outlines our role as  a Solution Provider.
    * Recorded Calls: During at least one recorded call, Dr. ****** directly asked who the agent worked for. The agent clearly stated, Interface Technologies.

The complaints suggestion that we posed as a direct AT&T representative is not supported by any of the evidence. On the contrary, our documentation and verbal disclosures clearly state our role as an AT&T Solution Provider.

    Financial and Contractual Terms:

The phone equipment provided to ******************* was financed through ************************** via a standard 60-month equipment agreement. This contract was:

    * Fully explained during the sales process.
    * Reviewed with the customer in writing and over recorded phone calls.
    * Executed willingly by Dr. ****** on April 30, 2024.

This financing agreement includes not only the phones but also the professional installation, ongoing support, equipment warranty, and managed voice services. This bundled solution adds significant value and aligns with the needs of modern **** services like AT&T Office@Hand, which require compatible hardware.
As with any financing agreement, early termination would trigger the balance due (remaining payments multiplied by the months left in the contract). This is standard industry practice and was disclosed upfront.

    Summary:

    To summarize:

All communications and disclosures were transparent and well-documented.
The customer signed multiple agreements, received recorded explanations, and expressed excitement about the cost savings and improved services. We provided significant value in both cost savings and technological upgrades.
The complaints core claim of misrepresentation is not supported by the documentation and recordings we have on file. We are prepared to furnish all supporting documents, including emails, signed contracts and sales quotes upon request. We hope this response provides clarity on the facts of the matter.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Sincerely,

    **** Zakin
    President
