      I would give them 0 stars if I could. There is no such thing as customer loyalty with these people. You need a tow? Better off paying the 200 dollars because you will be spending over 8 hours waiting for their guys to arrive. That isnt an exageration. 12:39 pm to 8:52pm. They hang up on you. Offer no solutions and will lead you on by saying their guys are enroute, 30 min maximum. By then its too late to call other companies. That is what 12 years as a member gets you.

      The WORST customer service that all.After I payed additional $55 for the towing service I asked to ***** to send me the invoice by email and ***** told me to use the card payment and he told now it is me that is my responsibility because I am asking 3 weeks later. I tried to tell him that I need a valid support to a company and he told me that he was not going to repeat the same thing and cut me off the call.I called several more times and they put me on hold . WAITING for an email and nobody call me back. He is not doing his job . At least NOT customer service

      Broke down middle of nowhere told me they couldn't pick me up for 3 days Limped the truck into town Paid 1000 dollars out of pocket to tow truck only half way home Call AAA that night scheduled a pickup next morning Call next morning told it will take 5 hours

      My experience echos everyone else who has written here. AAA contracted with an incompetent company to fix a flat tire at my residence at about 3 PM on a Friday. Loòong story short, I was calling them up until 8 PM for updates, was continually told something different than from my previous call. I finally was so worn out, I went to bed. AAA called me at 11:30 PM, and then again, at 1:30 AM for the exact same reason - did I want to schedule an 8 AM service call (this was at my insisting that they account for my lost day). YES! They were scheduled to show at 0800 AM the next morning. I don't want to re-live the drama, but many phone calls to AAA and being rudely spoken to (and yelled at), by the servicing company, it's after 6 PM, never showed, and no phone calls. Of course I eventually created an alternate solution, but I was constantly told they would be here in 30, 60, 45 minutes. How DO these people stay in business??

      I had to pull over to the side of the road because the car was sputtering. I called AAA at 4:30 PM. I received a text saying that they had received the request. I was told that someone would be calling me “just any time”. My husband was calling to check on me constantly but was involved in a serious emergency at work simultaneously. He could not help me either. He called one of his friends to come get me within 30 minutes. I sat around worrying that I didn’t know how to let AAA that I needed to cancel. I didn’t want to inconvenience THEM by sending someone out there and me not be there. At 8:45 PM I got a call from AAA stating that no one ever went and that no one was coming because in order to have gas delivered I needed to have a gold membership. (For the record I do have a gold membership so that reason shouldn’t have had anything to do with it either.) Additionally even if they had no plans to bring gas, don’t you think maybe they could’ve at least taking me home, towed me to a gas station to get gas, taken me to my husband, or anything besides leaving a woman alone on the side of the dark road. Unbelievably horrible service! I cannot believe you would just ignore someone knowing they might be sitting out there on the side of the road and not even provide an option for them. What is the service even do? I pay for the highest possible membership and this is what I get for it? You should be ashamed of yourself AAA.

      I was told they would be there within 3 hours to tow my car. I called after 4 hours and was told another hour. Two hours later they called and said they wouldn't tow my car because of a 10 mile limit they were using in the hurricane areas. I told them my contract says to me to the nearest Toyota dealer which was 18 miles. They took it upon themselves to close my roadside assistance case with Toyota without notification. I explained to Toyota that the roads between me and the dealer were clear and I had driven them everyday for 3 days. They still refused service and I was left to find help on my own.

      The phone rep that initiated the assistance started out nice and professional but ended by being rude, hostile, threatening that he could cancel my membership and had no regard or even questioned the health conditions or safety of myself, wife or children. Even after I told him that they were in the heat and not feeling well he persisted to threaten to deny the call for help. He was on a power trip rather than caring for the human beings and paying customers on the other end of the line. He then hung up on me leaving me on the dark whether help was coming or not. I had to call back to confirm whether or not AAA was sending assistance. Speaking with the driver the phone rep was wrong with his claims of the amount of diesel fuel and the location of the vehicle situation. He needs re training on multiple levels.

      I need a tow and requested service. The *** given was about a hour and a half but the tow truck driver would call or text with a better *** when the received the work order. The time came and went with no update. About 2 and a half hours after requesting service, I called the 800 only to be disconnected. Twice. The third time I finally got through. The *** informed me the company denied the tow but couldn't say why. She said she could attempt to find another provider but it will likely be several more hours. When I said that was unacceptable she said I could leave the vehicle unattended and they'd get it to me eventually or I could call a tow company, pay up front and wait to be reimbursed. She couldn't tell me if I would be reimbursed for the entire amount though. The vehicle in question is almost 50 years old and unreplaceable, so leaving it wasn't an option. I had the membership cancelled and my fees refunded. That was the easiest part of the transaction. Complete waste of time

      NO HELP AT ALL. I purchased the most expensive pkg & the 1 time I called the for emergency roadside service they had me wait over 4hrs & then told me no one could come help. That I could call the next day & they would "try" to find a tow truck OR I can find one myself, pay for it & submit the bill to them. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! They did NOTHING to help me. I wasted my money & put my trust that if something were to happen on the road I would have help. I was completely wrong.
