Interesting! MV used to be so attentive to responding to these types of claims (below) and now they've gone silent. I worked for them as a sales person. The company is completely fraudulent and the 'executive' team are smug, unapologetic, bullies who've surrounded themselves with a team of smarmy lawyer in an attempt to protect their greed and thievery at the highest level.Review from Sam K

SELLER'S BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS **MPANY. I AM A REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL IN ****** FOR 30 YEARS AND HAVE SADLY RUN ACROSS 3 **LORADO HOMEOWNERS WHO HAVE FALLEN VICTIM TO THIS SCAM. I TRIED TO HELP THEM BUT THEY HAVE SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH THEM AND MV REALTY WILL NOT LET THEM OUT OF IT. THE PASSIVE AGRESSIVE AGENT IN *******, ******* ****** STOOD BEHIND THEIR SCAM AND **NTINUES TO FRAUDLENTLY SCAM HOME OWNERS OUT OF 3-6% OF THEIR EQUITY. DO NOT USE MV REALTY! MV Realty Scammed us back in 2020 during the pandemic during a hard time they offered us $1100.00 to let them sell our house if and when we decided to sell, my husband and I are over 60 years of age. I have tried to call them several times and have received no calls back. The contract is for 40 years and if we go with anyone else we would have to pay them 3% of sales price. MV realty scammed ****** from me. I'm a wife of a veteran that passed away 2020 due to a massive brain hemorrhage due to covid-19. He brought in $6,000 a month and knocked me down to $2,300 within a matter of month after my husband passed away. This company come knocking at my door. At the time I thought I'd never have to sell my house. But unfortunately my house went into foreclosure and I had to sell it. Forgetting that I signed this stupid contract with these people. They scan ****** for me. I only received ***** at the time. I can understand paying that $***** back but not ******. This should be against the law and shame on these people. Literally, the worst company to ever call themselves a ******************** how and why they are even in business still is a mystery to me. Theyre the biggest scammers Ive ever seen in this space of business and Im not even the seller dealing with them. We bought a property that had expired that they listed, and they attached a $15,000 lien on it plus a $590 TC fee that had absolutely nothing to do with the transaction. We couldnt close until we got the release of lien. This is the most predatory company Ive ever seen in my entire life.Review from Gail B

At the time I needed money, they offered me a small amount, if they could list my house if I ever sold it. At that time I was sick my ability to make decisions was clouded with sickness. I could not leave the house. I fell upon hard times and have to sell my house. I am 70 years old, on a fixed income, I live here alone, no family or friends to reach out to. These people are scamming elderly people out of money they cannot afford to lose. Now I am trying to prevent having to live on the streets.Review from Karen P

This is the worse company ever. We signed with them because they told us our house would sell for $634k and we were low on funds. They offered us $1,500 to sign with them. They never came to our house to do a true estimate of what our house is worth. I let them know the ac was out and of a few other problems. The highest offer we ever received was $534k. That's not bad but will not take lower than there percentage of $634k. I've had a few other realtors actually come out and was told we were lucky to even get offered that. They finally sent someone out to look at our place and she didn't seem to think we would get that amount. The lady that did come out from MV Realty put our home on the market and it was all messed up. After correcting her over and over again she finally got it somewhat right. She let us know that our house would sell for the land, but she didn't have pics of the land. We threw a fit about it and she finally put pics of the land on there. To some it up, this was the worse experience we've ever encountered. Unfortunately we're stuck with them because we signed a long contract. All this because we needed the $1,500 at the time.Review from Jeanneth A

I just read a positive review by "Indira *** ***** be honest, who looks up a business and get to BBB to leave a positive review specifically mentioning an "agreement". What I don't understand is that MV Realty could have had a growing business based on their realtor services, instead the executives decided to create a scam to steal their client's equity on their homes. Why? what is even more confusing is that now that AGs all over the US are investigating their scam, instead of just terminating the agreements, get their money back for the checks they sent to sign this ridiculous 40 yr agreements, they have a bully attitude that somehow think what they did is right after they were exposed.If you need a realtor, just find one that has good reviews, they care about selling your home and not after stealing your equity.
