    THE SEEN ME THE WRONG ORDER THE WILL NOT LIT ME SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR THE WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND

    Client placed an order on 1/6/25. Due to shipping error the client received a wrong item. Client then placed a 2nd order which was processed & shipped out, ***** tracking 414518157152.
    We did issue a FULL REFUND of the 1st order.
    This is a regular client who have purchased from us over 6 time going back to 2023.
    We did reach out to make sure they have received the new order and the refund. Unfortunately they hanged up on us.

    We ordered NCR printed invoices for our business. The print quality is terrible and so we want to return them. The company says we have to pay the return postage and a ***** plate fee. This is not right. I have no issue on the return postage. However, paying a plate fee on an order that is fuzzy and not good quality and in no way our fault is wrong. The wait time to get these was very long and now the invoice look terrible.

I have also issued you a full refund for your order due to the inconvenience and there is no need to return the item. You should see the amount back in your account within 5-7 business days. We would greatly appreciate you revising your review and letting us know if there is anything further we can work on to provide you and all future  customers with the best possible service.
