    I ordered ********* (20mg, 32 tablets) on JAN/16/2025 for $112 and sildenafil (100mg, 32 tablets) on JAN/19/2025 for $112. I have taken real tablets before from another vender, but since the tablets from ziphealth do not work at all, I suspect they are fake pills. I told them that the pills did not work and asked for a refund. They told me the following:In accordance with our company policy, we cannot allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    As per our company policy and regulatory guidelines, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications once they have been dispensed. This policy is in place to ensure patient safety and compliance with pharmacy regulations.


    While we understand that medication efficacy can vary based on individual response, we can confirm that all products we dispense are legitimate and meet *** requirements.

    If the customer is experiencing unexpected results, we strongly recommend consulting a healthcare provider to explore possible factors such as dosage adjustments, interactions with other medications, or underlying health conditions.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As I said previously, the medication I took from a different vendor worked but the pills that I received have not worked. Specifically, I have tried non-generic ********* with results (within the past few months), but the pills from ziphealth does absolutely nothing. May I also note that the generic sildenafil pills from ziphealth gave me asthma as well. I am contacting the *** as well on this matter.

    They gave me the wrong time for my consult for two days running then implied I was stupid when I called to figure it out. They don't understand how time zones work and their MST is one hour off. ************ doctor arrived when I showed up for the appointment at the correct time. However, I did get a message that I missed my appointment. I wonder if the doctor also got one.Then I was told to log into a waiting room that did not exist. Don't worry about that mess up they upgraded my already 2-day shipping to 2-day shipping as an apology.The whole thing was annoying, amateur, and incompetent at every step.If the purpose of the enterprise is to be less annoying and time-consuming than going to a local doctor they failed spectacularly.I am pretty sure this company is a criminal enterprize

    I logged online for a search for a good website for a Sildenafil pill. Ziphealth website popped up and I clicked on it. Since it's my first time on their site, a promotional discount for first time buyer popped up saying, "15% off for waiting for you" (please see pic dated 08/22/2024). So, I placed an order for 64 tablets (dated 08/23/24), but I forgot to enter the code to avail of the 15% discount which is about $25.49. Will Ziphealth be so kind to give me the said discount since I wasn't able to enter it on my order?Order Reference: C36171a8

    The patient received an email containing a promotional code for 15% off their order but did not apply the code during checkout, resulting in the discount not being applied. The patient did not reach out to our customer care team to address this issue. As a courtesy, we have now refunded 15% of the order amounting to $26.

    I placed an order for a product with the company. I paid for the two-day delivery because it was urgent. The order was supposed to arrive on a Thursday, today is Saturday and its not here. Reached out to company, they say call ****** i call ****** they say to call the company. At the end of the day its on the seller to make sure heur product arrives and not on the buyer. I have done my part and no one is trying to help in any way. This is honestly the worst experience trying to get important medicine Ive ever had. This company does not care about their customer or to help them with issues.

    Hi BBB,

    An order was placed on April 18th by the patient and shipped out the same day. FedEx had an issue delivering her package, which seemed to be an error on their end as we had the correct delivery address on file. We refunded the entire order and sent out a replacement order with a different carrier, free of charge on April 24th. Attached, you will see notes from the patients account, a link to the tracking details confirming delivery, and a receipt of the refund. Please reach out if any further information is required.
