      My dealer VW Gunther (Delray Beach, **) financing service forced me to pay this cover saying it was mandatory to obtain the loan. $5500, for a $33000 Tiguan. After a year I want to payoff my loan (having been waiting for having a sufficient CScore) and I realize even when I payoff I "cannot cancel the remaining time of the cover", over the treatment price. It is not legal.I didn't need it and it is abuse, more grave as I am a stranger and an immigrant and did not understand this overpriced insurance scam some dealers use with your complicity.

      I Leased a VW Atlas on 6/23 from Gunther *************. After two weeks I brought it back to the salesman because I was having issues with the Navigation system and the voice activation. I was told by the technician there is an issue with this system to use WAZE on my phone. I brought it back to the ********** ctr in Delray 3 times for the same issue, I was told the system was not synced with the satellite,2) we did a patch and 3) another reboot. All to no avail. I went to the Mgr ***** ******* and told him of these issues. After checking with the district mgr I was told there is an issue with ******* and there is no fix. I have written to ** corporate HQ's in Heardon Va. and to Gunther with all the above info and documentation. To date no response. I believe they sold the car fully aware this system was problematic and at this point they seem not to want to do anything about it. I am paying 100% of what I owe monthly for a car that is only 95% performing. Either fix what is wrong, give me another car or reduce my payments . I believe they sold a car that was not 100% functioning and this is not an honest way to do business

      Brand new vehicle. Only placed 300 miles and the car driving funny.Took car to dealership and had to pay ******* to be fixed. A warranty was included with agreement.

      On 06/20/2023 the Claimant opened a auto loan with your institution and was charged an interest rate of ***** percent. Gunther VW Of Delray has severely violated the Claimants rights and discriminated against her with corrupt practices and willful intent to charge a usurious interest rate. Florida Statute ****** is very straightforward regarding unlawful rates of interest Except as provided herein, it shall be usury and unlawful for any person, or for any agent, officer, or other representative of any person, to reserve, charge, or take for any loan, advance of money, line of credit, forbearance to enforce the collection of any sum of money, or other obligation a rate of interest greater than the equivalent of ******************************************************** indirectly, by way of commission for advances, discounts, or exchange, or by any contract, contrivance, or device whatever whereby the debtor is required or obligated to pay a sum of money greater than the actual principal sum received, together with interest at a rate of the equivalent of 18 percent per annum simple interest. Gunther VW Of Delrays use of a retail installment sale contract is unscrupulous lending by trying to disguise the otherwise usurious loan as something other than a loan. Gunther VW Of Delray sold the Claimant a vehicle without a passenger side mirror, which made the car non fit for road use and unsafe to drive. To make matters worse the vehicle broke down in less than 24 hours after driving off the lot, which needed to be towed back to the dealer for repair. The Claimant is seeking full remedy of twice the finance charge involved for the **** violations from this dealership 15USC1640(a)(2)(A)(i), and the Claimant is also seeking termination of this unlawful contract.

      Went in an oil change on 9/5/2023. Not even a week later all the lights came on, my engine was failing. The low oil level light turned on. Saw white smoke in the rear view mirror and the car wouldn't go pass 2nd gear. Took it to the dealership where they have quoted it was a spring valve issue. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and had multiple oil leaks throughout the engine. The engine was covered in oil, had to be degreased. ********** can ruin other rubber components to the car. Was not informed with oil leaks by VW of Delray. This is very concerning since they should be familiar with the urgency to fix the issue. It was also stated by the other mechanic that took much oil could of been the issue. Either the old oil wasn't drained or too much oil was added to the car. I did bring it to the attention of the customer service manager and said he would investigate the issue. But has not asked to see the car or ask anymore questions to follow up with the issue. Would like to solve without resorting to legal action.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Gunther Volkwagen/Volvo and salesperson *******************, regarding a recent car purchase transaction that I completed through their a broker, Express Auto Sales. The details of my complaint are as follows:Vehicle: Volvo XC40 **** Transaction Date: 08/29/23 Issue 1: Unfulfilled Promises: During the negotiation process with Gunther and Express Auto, the salesperson, *******************, made specific commitments regarding the remaining car payments and over mileage charges. These promises were conveyed to me via text message, and I have retained copies of these messages as evidence.Promise Details: Gunther offered to make the remaining seven payments on the vehicle.Gunther agreed to take responsibility for any over mileage charges that *** arise.Issue 2: Over Mileage Charges:Despite the assurances made by **************, I recently received a bill from Volvo indicating that I am responsible for over mileage charges.This directly contradicts the commitments made during the sale process.Manager's Response:When my broker contacted the manager at Gunther to address issue, he was informed that they were not responsible for those charges and that this practice of making false promises to close deals is a standard approach used by this salesperson (owner's cousin) and that the dealership does not consider itself responsible for the over mileage charges.Desired Resolution:Resolution of the over mileage charges in accordance with the promises made during the sale.Evidence:I have attached copies of the text messages exchanged with my broker and ************** as evidence of the commitments made during the sale process.I believe that the Gunther's actions constitute unethical business practices and a breach of the agreements made during the sale. I am seeking your assistance in mediating a fair and just resolution to this matter. I appreciate your attention to this complaint and look forward to a prompt investigation and resolution.

      Bought the car in October 2021. It needed two fixed - the spoiler was cracked, the seat heating element was broken - we were told they would order the items. Due to Covid the items would take longer about a year. That brings us to October 2022. We kept following up with the ****************** and they stated that they "still had" not received the parts due to Covid even "after a year". It has been "OVER 2 YEARS PLUS" and no one returns our calls - no one from the ****************** and we have even asked for a General Manager and left messages for them to call us back regarding our concern - they haven't called us either!

      re: Sale of my 2013 Volkswagen Passat via the ****** Blue Book vehicle buy back program and subsequent offer and sale to Gunther Volkswagen in Delray Beach, ** on 01/28/2023. 01/22/2023: I contacted ****** Blue Book (KBB) online regarding their used car vehicle cash offer program.KBB responded that Gunther Volkswagen was interested in my vehicle. I set up an appointment with Gunther VW to have the car appraised on 01/28/2023.01/28/2028: My VW was appraised at the dealership and I accepted the offer.However, as it was a Saturday, a check was not provided to me with the assurance from the sales representative that a check would be cut for the agreed price of $4585.00 and would be mailed out on 01/30/2023.It was not.I have already signed title of my VW over to Gunther VW on 01/28/2023. The Gunther VW sales representative I interacted with is:*********************** Office: ************ Cell: ************ Email: ***************************************** 02/06/2023: As of today, I have still not received payment for my vehicle.Since 01/30/2023, I have sent numerous text messages and made numerous phone calls to ************** to no avail. Basically, his response has been "I will look into it" and get back to you. He does not follow up.02/03/2023: ************** did send me a photocopy of a purchase order invoice that was issued for a check. It is purchase order #**** for the agreed upon amount of $4585.00. It was issue on 01/31/2023 by ***************************. Check Control #*****.02/06/2023: To date, I feel that I have been and am being taken advantage of by this dealership. I have not received any concrete reassurance that my check was issued, let alone mailed to me. I feel that my vehicle has literally and figuratively been stolen out from under me.This could be rectified when I have the check for the agreed upon amount supposedly issued by Gunther Volkswagen in my hands so that I can deposit the funds into my bank.
