      Worst experience. Told them over and over by email, text and by phone that my deal we negotiated by phone and email had to include 438 for extra mileage on my trade. I told them no games when I get there. I get there and its not included. I didn't hesitate give me my keys I'm leaving. By the way this was a GM employee discount deal. This is how they treat even employees and their families. Second bad experience in 7 years from this dealership. Stay away.In response to there excuse they put online: I have emails and text that show I was very upfront in regards to the mileage which was only ******. Was very upfront and told them don't want to waste their time or my own. They said they would match or beat AutoNation and I told them right upfront they were including the excess mileage. The manager and sales person chose to ignore that and also me telling them by text and email 3 times. This shows what they are instead of apologizing they made a mistake they continue the nonsense. Then I said forget about the mileage I will take the vehicle at the payment quoted 475 and 3 days later its 25 a month higher. Two other dealerships verified rebates and incentives, money factors, residuals did NOT change in that 3-4 days or start of a new month. The lies continue. Stay away.
