BBB files contain reports from consumers of Medicare being billed for unordered Durable Medical Equipment such as knee and wrist braces.
On March 21, 2025, BBB sent correspondence to Sunshine Senior Solutions, LLC. requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing proof of licensure and an explanation as to how Medicare could be billed for unordered equipment. We are awaiting their response.
BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed.
