            On August 16 my roommate shipped me a box full of clothes and shoes that I left with her from ********. It was stated on the tracking that it was delivered on august 19 at my door. The package never came and I filed a claim immediately. When the *** truck was outside of my house one day I asked the driver and they saw a claim was made and the driver said he knew exactly where my package was but never heard from them again. I have called the *** store in my area even the post office and neither of them could help me. I have already filed a claim and when I went to the *** near me in person they said someone in ******** has to make a claim about the package. I have over $600 worth of items in the package and have not heard a single update about my claim and its been over 4 weeks. If this package isnt to be located I want my moneys worth of everything that was in that box

            Charged my elderly mother 309 dollars to send a 15 x 10 package overnight while the going rate on *** was 183 for same exact package. Also told her she HAD to send it t overnight - no other option. However , she didnt need overnight and again; on the website , ground was an option for *****. I realize these stores markup, but double ? And telling her it HAD to go overnight because it was store policy even tho *** offered ground? We have gone there for 8 years. Will never set foot in there again. **** to take advantage of someone because they are elderly. ****** is actual THEFT.
