    IThink Financial closed my credit union account under completely false pretenses. In July of 2024 i had a friend overseas purchase a lottery ticket for that country. My ticket was one of the winners and i had won some money. I called IThink to only to ask two questions and get some information. My first question was does the credit union accept international incoming wires and and my second question was is there a swift code which is usually required for international wire transfers. I was only interested in information, i did not act on that nor was any transfer ever initiated. A few days later in spite of the fact that i showed a representative proof otherwise and no transfer was initiated, someone at IThink decided that the lottery winnings were a scam which was completely false. In spite of the fact there was no interaction at all with their bank other than the two questions i asked to get some information they closed my account with absolutely NO PROOF OR FACTS to support their decision that this was a scam. This was just someones false belief.The lottery and winnings are 100% legitamate which should ultimately say a lot about the actions of that company. I find it very troubling that a financial institution like that could claim scam allegations against a clients account with no proof or facts to substantiate their allegations and close an account like they did o me....Very disappointing!Needless to say i would not recommend this company to anyone..Clients beware!!
