    I went in to the Ithink branch on cypress creek in *************** in person to pay off my mortgage.I had less than 10k left on it. The bank teller helped me do the mortgage payoff and turn off the automatic payments. It was a great moment for me! Finally mortgage free. About a month later,I was doing some online banking on Ithink's website and noticed a red banner that said I was past due on payments? It said I owed 26 dollars on my mortgage, so I immediately called customer service and they told me the bank teller didn't process the mortgage payoff correctly. They also told me that they would rectify the problem and not charge me the 26$ since it was Ithink's fault. Ok no harm done or so I thought. on July 12, I started getting email alerts from my ***************** chase and BoA accounts alerting me that there was a change to my credit report.I immediately logged in and saw that Ithink I reported me for a delinquent account, for the 26$ outstanding on the mortgage. The next day, July 13th my credit rating took a plunge by 70 points. I was devastated. I immediately got on the phone with Ithink support and they apologized again and said they would try to dispute the report since this was their fault.I've been a ************************** member for 25+ years. I don't understand why I was reported for a delinquent account for 26$ after a month with thousands of dollars in the account without any warning or anything whatsoever, not to mention that this whole thing was Ithink's fault.I am extremely disapointed and not happy with Ithink CU. I am in the process of buying a new car and I have no idea how my new credit rating will affect my ability to get a favorable loan. I don't think it will be positive

    This institution held my financial property without my consent. I attempted to use the *** machine located outside the ******, ** branch. The card reader was out of place/malfunctioned and my debit card fell into the machine. The card never made it into the actual *** card reader (never was prompted to enter a PIN or anything like that.) I walked into the branch to explain the situation to see that the same thing happened to the previous person who attempted to use the faulty machine. She was given her card back. The employees refused to give me my debit card back because I am not a member of their bank. (I had multiple forms of other state and government issued IDs in my possession that I offered to show them.) They stated that there was no manager on site, and 'called' the manager who was not there and insisted that their policy states that they cannot give me my card back. I asked to see a copy of said policy on numerous occasions and they could not provide it to me. The branch employees also gave me an incorrect phone number for their manager. This institution now is in possession of my debit card with access to my finances. I am very upset that I was misled and given the run around when I had proper identification/credentials to prove that the card belongs to me. This cannot be legal and I will be looking into my options further. Just a heads up stay away from this place very shady/dishonest/misleading.
