Mr. ********************** and his team are unprofessional and are using the legal system for financial gain. In ****************************************************************************************************** the mail or any form of communication from anyone regarding the debt. For 16 years I recived nothing from Mr. ********************** as his firm sat around compiling intrest on something I was never made aware of. When I finally recieved documentation of the judgement I immediatley called to deal with the issue and HIS office demanded full payment with interest. My records have been public since ********************************************** until the debt and interest surpassed double of what the initial judgement was. This firm is profitting by waiting until as long as possible to collect as much interest and offer ZERO settlements. I am willing to bet that ZERO money form any collection goes to the original Assignee and all goes to support Mr. ********* lifestyle. I look forward to dragging this out for another 2 years so that he collects nothing when we hit the 20 year collection period.

Shafritz and Associates, P.A. was retained on or about July 1, 2021, to collect the outstanding Summary Final Judgment (copy attached) entered against ***************************** on June 8, 2006. Prior to that date this office did not represent the client regarding this matter and cannot speak for prior efforts by prior law firms  related to this file. However, a review of the Court docket (copy attached) indicates that he participated in the proceedings prior to the Summary Final Judgment being entered.  Upon being retained, this office filed a Notice of Appearance and Notice of Assignment with the Court with copies being forward to ******************** on July 1st and 7th, 2021.  On August 25, 2021 a Request for Production were forwarded to ******************** who failed to respond. This office subsequently followed up with a letter asking for ******************** to provide response to the outstanding discovery.  He contacted this office in October ************************************************************************************************** the post judgment discovery.

Since that time, as the judgment was still due and owing, as the Court docket indicates, this office obtained a writ of garnishment in an attempt to collect the outstanding sums due and owing.  At all times this office has complied with all laws both state and federal and in the single telephone conversation that we had, has treated ******************** with respect.

******************** may contact this office if he would like to resolve this matter.
