    Scam of the century. Lie after lie. Was told my car was in **, then was sent a picture from **. No response from driver they hired. 6 days late and I dont know where my car is.

    This is the worst shipping company ever, if I could give it no stars I would, they tell you whatever you want to hear, until they have your deposit, and then you can't get a hold of anyone. Most unorganized, unprofessional place I have ever done business with, no one I dealt with spoke english, how do you expect people to communicate. Believe me use anyone but secure auto shipping they are the worst.

    Scam of a business. They repeatedly called me for my service and used bait and switch tactics for my refund. They have been warned I will pursue actions against them. Beware anyone looking to ship your car with these scammers. They tell you what you wanna hear until they get your deposit then you are nonexistent. ******* especially has been a pain in cancelling my order. ***** will be called and more action will be taken if they dont cancel and refund my order as he stated when I accepted this order. WHAT A JOKE

    Secure Way Transport gets a 5 ? from me. They picked up my 1970 corvette in Florida exactly when they said they would. The driver took pictures and sent them. Driver and his dispatch kept in contact with me. Car showed up at my driveway in Wisconsin exactly when they said It would. I was pretty nervous going with a transport service, but Secure Way Transport did everything the way they said they would. 100% trust their service.

    If I could give this company less than a one star I would. I was "guaranteed" by the broker ****** that my car would be in ******** ** by a specific date and it wasn't I told him that if he couldn't make the deadline to let me know and I would find another company and once again he "guaranteed " that it would make the deadline. After speaking with the driver I was told he had up to 48hrs after the estimated time of delivery to drop the car off. When I tried to reach out to ****** to discuss this matter my calls were mysteriously received by dispatcher and other employees ( everyone except ******) but he had taken my deposit by then so I guess he was good. His dispatcher is horrible. She put the delivery address in fir my billing address and wondered why my card kept getting declined.. Duh!! Please don't use this company unless you're willing to deal with the false promises they "guarantee". His words not mine..

    We had a great experience with Secure Auto Shipping. We had our truck transported from St. James City, Florida to Missouri. They charged a reasonable rate and didn't increase the price after pick up. They did a great job of documenting the vehicle with photos. Make sure you ask for Ross Abraham. He did is right.

    I had inquired with company about shipping my car, but still wasnt sure. So I looked into a couple more businesses and went with another company. Then the man name ****sends me a message talking about how I went with another company and hope I dont get messed out of my money. So I was scared now because I have given them my car and wondering if what he said was true. ( he stated that they will take it not knowing and then they will call you and tell you the driver broke down and another driver will do it but it will be more money. So I wouldnt do business with this company never!!!!!!!

    Worked with a broker named *****, he was alright but just tells you what you want to hear. The driver he set me up with wouldn't work with me on a drop off date. I have been trying to contact the company for my $200 deposit back but to now avail. I just keep getting a run around. They said their accounting department is the one who takes care of refunds but they are impossible to reach, they never answer their phone. When talking with customer service they say they "hope" I get my refund. What kinda unprofessional language is that? Hope? No, it is we guarantee you will receive your refund on such and such date. Be very cautious or doing business with this company.

    Do not use secure auto shipping.. scammed me out of a $100 deposit. Guaranteed shipping my car by a certain date and when they couldn't deliver found another company and was guaranteed my deposit back and after calling and requesting for over a month refused to refund my money and no one will return my call.. even said it was refunded to get me stop calling.. bad business
