    Cool Bear just installed a Lennox A/C system in my townhouse. Salesman David Russo was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Installers Merlin and his partner were very professional. The install was seamless, neat, and efficient. Highly recommend cool bear !

    Company sold me a $8,000 ****** ACunit that worked for 6 months and was not cooling. Going into 8 month, needed servicing again because it was not cooling. 12 Mos needed a condenser, 24 months needed a new thermostat and an inside blower unit. Could not get replaced because ****** did not have the part. It is now a year later and I still have the temporary blower as ****** will not release part to me. Tried three times. Cool Bear got the part and wants to charge $600 to replace. Entire unit is a lemon. DO NOT BUY LENNOX AND DO NOT USE COOL BEAR!THEY ARE SCAMMERS!Installation team great but Unit was no good and I asked for a replacement unit when it wasn't cooling 6 Mos and was told by the manager to call ******. I don't think that was fair, I did not purchase from ******, they did. Now I am here without the permanent blower. All this inconvenience for $8,000. Unreal

    *******, In June of last year 2023 was the last time you have attempted to make any contact with our company you are currently on our ************** list for verbally abusing our technician for trying to perform the job that you're saying we never did... on 6/02/2023 we attempted to install a brand new motor however due to your behavior towards our technician for his safety we told him to leave the job and informed you that you will be put on our ************** list.. you have since then not made one attempt to contact our company we are confused by the fact that you have decided to leave this review a year later after this altercation

    **** and ****** installed AC for my house, they are excellent , they come early and finish the job very well, and they take care of everything carefully. They are the best

    I purchased a unit through ******* 11 months later my unit is not cooling my house Cool Bear have sent two technicians and my house will still not cool below 76f. I was told a manager would contact me, nobody called so I called the office on three occasions and each time I am told there is no manager around, I asked for a manager's cell phone and was told that they don't have cell phones. I have now contacted ****************** for assistance as Cool Bear are ignoring me. In the mean time my unit is running 24 7 and my electricity bill has tripled. The after service of this company is shocking, I hope ****** remove them from their list of providers.

    Great company. My AC suddenly stopped working on a very hot afternoon. The customer service team was friendly and helpful. Cool Bear sent a tech out later that same day. He (Dennis) was professional and able to diagnose and fix my unit in less than 30 mins . It turned out to be a wiring issue on the outside fan motor. The cost was reasonable and I will recommend them to family & friends. When its time to replace my system I will definitely give them a call. Thank you ! !

    Great install crew, mediocre sales department, terrible communication, terrible permitting department, it has been a YEAR since the install and I have NOT had a final inspection due to cool bear mistake in pulling the permit.

    Seven years ago I gave them a five star the biggest mistake of my life..my ac was installed wrong have had several problems with my Carrier AC I paid almost 10,000 for it back in 2018..the company does not know and have the right qualifications to even be in buisness..the AC flooded me house did several thousands of dollars in damages to both of my bedrooms everything needs to be repaired new floors..walls..baseboards..they told me to take them to court which I should have they only paid me for my guns...which I was so stupid to settle for..now my whole AC unit hasn't been working for 7 days I'm my family and I are living in 100 degree weather..no phone calls for the last 7 days..to see how we're doing..we lost our salt water fish tank..we lost our lovebird and our African Grey lost us over 2500 ge almost died..come to find out they had my warranty under soneone else's address and phone number and it was suppose to be filed within 90 days it took them over a year to file it so I lost my ten year warranty and they only gave me a five year now..I fought it with Carrier and they are filing a complaint about this company of all the damages and having us live with no AC for the last 7 days in 100 degree weather..and our poor pitbulls are lethargic it's a health hazard..ive missed the whole week of work just to stay home with dogs and hose them done every hour..this company is a disgrace and shouldn't be writing contracts..they do not care about there customers thats why Carrier is finally a complaint against how they have treated us as Carrier customers they are very upset with them..also taking them to the Dept of Regulation..and getting a lawyer..which Carrier told me personally to sue them..they said I should have when the AC flooded our house for months..it took a year to get only 1750 and my house has over 10,000 in damages that's where they said I made mistake..but I just was so exhausted of fighting with them..do not purchase from this company ever..****** ******
