              Damaged my truck hood and cracked windshield. Looked me in the eye said sorry about your luck. The worker dropped a crowbar off the roof. I would think twice before using this company.

              The tenants were instructed to keep all vehicles well clear of the construction to avoid any damage to any vehicle as we made clear we would not be responsible. On day one they were very mindful to keep the vehicles clear. However late in the day on day 2 of the project the tenant backed his truck under the roof leaving the front of the truck exposed and yes a tool fell and cracked the windshield. The tenant become irate , screaming and cussing we reminded him that he was not supposed to be parked there however he was cussing so much in a fit of rage there was no way to even have a conversation with this tenant. As he continued to spew 4 letter words and threats we ended all discussions with him and told him he should call his insurance company. It was a simple ask not to park under or near the demolition work of the roof however in his fit of rage he could not see where he did any wrong and would not engage in a simple conversation. We immediately notified the landlord of the situation.
