    I hired this company to do a full bathroom remodel which their site states they do. They started the remodel on December 13th. I paid 1850.00 on 12/14/22 and 612.38 on 12/26/22. They did a terrible job on the tile as pictures provided show nothing was lined up or even. I had to get that redone by someone else. They also chipped my new tub which I had to get repaired. They deducted these amounts from my final payment. I am showing you all the pictures to show the poor work. What I am requesting is a refund for the repair "work" done on the bathroom ceiling. I made KBC Ruiz fully aware there was previous water damage to the ceiling and the drywall would need to be replaced. They agreed to do that. However, in March I noticed the ceiling was cracking and the paint was peeling away from the ceiling. I hired someone else to inspect and repair. Upon inspection it was clear the ceiling was never properly repaired and was plastered over the water damage. I have provided pictures to show the damage that was plastered over. Also included pictures of proper repair on 4.11.23. I reached out to KBC Ruiz on 4/11/23 to show the damage and bad work they did and asked for a refund. They stated they were in Georgia and would get in touch with me when they returned. I have yet to hear back from them. It saddens me and infuriates me that companies can charge you for work they never properly completed and then I have to go back and hire someone new and pay again to have it repaired properly. I can say the pictures on KBC Ruiz's website and work completed are not the same. Very poor workmanship to say the least.
