    I received a call today from a ** area code that they said was a *************** **** #.It claimed that I owed $109.95 for a subscription that I started on 10/13/2021. for a fuel ****** did receive one months later, however at NO point was I advised that this involved a subscription to ANYTHING.My understanding was that it was a free gift ( not including **** postage) for filling out a survey.The foreign sounding accent ( with a very American sounding name is threatening my credit report.This is a total scam!Help.

    I was incorrectly charged on my credit for a services/product that I did not request or sign up to received. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and this company refused to provide a credit to the credit card company. They advised that I as the consumer needed to request the credit in writing. I did so in May 2022. Since then I have been calling, emailing and have yet to receive my refund. I have been told that the refund has been processed in form of an e-check sent to my email. I have no record of said e-check nor an email from anyone at this company. I requested that a paper check be issued to me for the amount of $64.95. To date I have not received the check. I attempted once more today to speak to a Supervisor. After 3 representatives and 1 hour and 18 minutes I was able to speak to a supervisor by the name of ******* who explained that he will need to do additional research before issuing yet another e-check. The verification process before you can speak to someone is via email. The same email. I am attempting to simply receive my refund which was fraudulently charged without my consent or approval.
