    I was charged for something I did not order and do not know what it is. Also, there is no information to contact them. I want my account credited immediately and no further charges from this company.

    On December 10, 2024 there was a fraudulent payment on my Pay Pal Mastercard by TRY WEIGHTS ************ FL ** for the amount of $59.99. Then on yesterday, 12/12/24, I received a ****** Fraud Alert stating that another attempt to charge my card $24.99 at Try Weights ******************* ******* was attempted. My card was blocked to prevent any additional fraudulent charges by this company. I have filed a dispute with ****** for the $59.99 charge.I contacted the ************ and spoke to a female agent who emphatically told me that "I had to have visited the site and entered my card" despite the fact that I informed her that I hadn't visited the site and my card number was used fraudulent. In addition, I inquired how someone could use my card without putting in the security card on the back of it and she had no *********** i informed ****** in my dispute, when I use my card, I have to fill in the security code before processing any payment unless it's a reoccurring payment that I've already authorized before hand. I don't know who used my card to subscribe to this company's subscription services but I know it wasn't me. And, this company should be held accountable for not having the basic security of requiring the card's security number to process an order. By not having this basic security measure in place, then any thief can use someone else's debit and credit card on their website which should be against the law.

    I did not authorization this transaction. On nov 3 at 12:05pm an advertisement popped on my phone from TRYWEIGHTLOSS ***************. I exited it out of the pop up. Next day I see a charge for ***** from the above company. When I call the number I found from looking the company up, ************, ******* automated voice states the number is no good.

    This company is responsible for a fishing scam via ********* They represented themselves as a different company, baited me to sign up, and then do not provide any way to cancel.
