Monarch Roofing performed a repair of a roof leak for us in 2020. They did an excellent job, so when we decided to get a new roof in December 2022, they were the first company I contacted for a quote. I also contacted 4 other companies for quotes. One company never did even get the quote to us, after 3 weeks! Monarch’s quote came in just under 2 of the other 3 companies. They also offered a 10 year warranty on their work, whereas the other companies only offered 1-3 years, unless you wanted to pay $30 monthly for a “free” annual roof inspection. Victor and his office assistant are responsive, professional, friendly and timely in all their communication and correspondence. Victor was also great about answering any questions we had, throughout the process. This seems to be very rare these days, especially in South Florida. The crew cleaned up the area every day before leaving. They were courteous and respectful of our property. The trucks and trailers were out of our driveway every night, so we could park our vehicles in the garage as normal. For such a big job, and investment in our home, we were very pleased with the entire process, and have peace of mind the job was done properly.
