The problems is that **** says that she is an experienced Licensed Florida General Contractor and the job is not reflecting such a license and knowledge. My large piece of quartz is in the air without support but in 2 edges and it is bending and my crack, the piece was cut too large and in a wrong angle and glued against my will because I immediately noticed the wrong measurements. **** ignored me and the problem.Despite the fact that this was done, this business must proof that at the time of hire Mrs ******** is a Florida Licensed General Contractor and correct the job that was done in a sloppy and careless way. Also my walls have 2 holes that I asked **** to cover before she placed the cabinets .The wall was incomplete when the cabinets were installed. There are many mistakes here and there . I have 3 doors out of place and I am suspecting **** has no idea how to get them ready and install them. So my bedrooms and bathroom have no doors . I am scared that she get them damage for lack of knowledge and common sense. In order to complete the job , Mrs ******** must present the license Ms ******** is adamant she has. Also the mistakes in measuring muy be corrected . One side of my stove measures 25 and the other one 26.5.Mrs ******** has shows no remorse or desire or acknowledgement of this poor job. If she does not have the knowledge she should look for a real licensee person to help her . The job should be corrected and complete. Also she should not take customers stones to undisclosed locations and avoid telling them where their belongings are. This is unacceptable, I had to call the police to help me know where my quartz was taken. This company must improve the competence, the customer service and stop over estimate their capacities , they should not identify themselves as Florida licensees if they are not .
