            On June 25,2021 Restoration Xperts liened my apartment. They were supposed to offset not restoring the wood trim and giving me the laminate floor and granite counter top. At he end of the job, They charged me 24k for the granite and laminate. When I questioned them , they liened my apartment immediately. They do have an in house lawyer so if I was to *** I would have to hire one which I did not. i was also in the process of selling the unit so I had to pay them to remove the lien.             Super grateful for the team here at Restoration Xperts. I had a downstairs pipeburst that flooded my whole first floor. Restoration Xperts came out, cleaned everything up, repaired the damage, and overall provided me with a quick and hassle free experience. They were also very accommodating to my special needs, and helps me feel very comfortable throughout the whole ordeal. Also special thanks to ******* for being my first point of contact and being there to help me with any questions I had throughout the process.
