    To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally dispute and file a complaint regarding repeated and unlawful contact initiated by your company. You have contacted me on the false premise that a debt is owed, and your representatives have provided incorrect and misleading information regarding alleged communications.Specifically, your records falsely claim that a representative from your company spoke with a "******** *****" on my personal phone number on April 28th. This is categorically false. No such conversation took place with anyone by that name on my number, and I do not owe any debt to your organization.Your actions may constitute violations of Californias ********* Fair Debt Collection Practices ************** Code ***********), which prohibits debt collectors from:Misrepresenting the character, amount, or legal status of any alleged debt.Making false, deceptive, or misleading statements in connection with the collection of a debt.Contacting a third party or misusing personal information in an attempt to collect a debt.I am formally requesting that you cease and desist all contact with me immediately regarding this alleged debt.     Starmark Financial purchased this account from the original creditor, so it stands to reason that Complainant did not have a contract with Starmark.  However this debt is valid and we are attaching the contract and application that originated the debt in support of that conclusion.  We can be reached at ************ if Complainant has additional questions.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This contract was between the original creditor, RISE CREDIT OF DELAWARE, and myself, not with the debt collector.  This item was purchased by a Third-Party Debt Collector - STARMARK FINANCIAL, LLC.  I do not have, nor ever entered a contract with STARMARK FINANCIAL, LLC. 


    This account must be deleted as the status is not correct,the amount is not correct and account was paid for less than owed by the Third-Party Debt Collector. 


    How much did the collection company pay for this item?  I do not know and neither does my credit report reflect such amounts.  All information listed on my credit report must be accurate, complete, and fair.  This is a clear violation of the **** as this not accurate or complete. DELETE THIS IMMEDIATELY.


    As you can see by my below included credit reports and highlighted issues.  This information is NOT CORRECT & NOT ACCURATE. Therefore, it must be DELECTED IMMEDIATELY.

    I am not accountable for the debt associated with STARMARK FINANCIAL LLC. There is no contract between me and STARMARK FINANCIAL LLC, and they have not provided the original agreement as requested.

    Starmark has stopped answering calls . They have taken $400 of my money toward a debt and never paid the debt. They pocketed my money

    Starmark Financial control are unlawfully reporting an unauthorized account opened in Oct 15, 2024 on my credit report.I never given them permission to put anything on my credit file. This company is in violation of 15 *** 1692g. As the original creditor only I can validate this debt and I do not validate this debt.i've never signed a contract with a wet signature with this company in fact they have illegally obtained my personal information.

    I am rejecting this response because: If the contract was so called with (Rise Credit of **************) then why are Starmark reporting it on my credit profile . Ive never singed a wet signature on any contract with Starmark. this company have obtained my personal information illegally. If starmark does not remove this account Immediately I will be force to seek compensation  for the violations they have been broken. please see Invoice attached

    Starmark Financial LLC purchased this account from the original creditor ***********************  Therefore, Complainant's assertion that he didn't enter into any agreement with Starmark is irrelevant.  Starmark previously validated this debt pursuant to Complainant's in March 2025.  The validation letter sent to complainant is attached to this reply along with the application and loan agreement that originated this obligation.

    Starmark will continue to report this debt to the appropriate credit reporting agencies in accordance with its obligation to do so.
