To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally dispute and file a complaint regarding repeated and unlawful contact initiated by your company. You have contacted me on the false premise that a debt is owed, and your representatives have provided incorrect and misleading information regarding alleged communications.Specifically, your records falsely claim that a representative from your company spoke with a "******** *****" on my personal phone number on April 28th. This is categorically false. I am rejecting this response because:This contract was between the original creditor, RISE CREDIT OF DELAWARE, and myself, not with the debt collector. This item was purchased by a Third-Party Debt Collector - STARMARK FINANCIAL, LLC. I do not have, nor ever entered a contract with STARMARK FINANCIAL, LLC.
This account must be deleted as the status is not correct,the amount is not correct and account was paid for less than owed by the Third-Party Debt Collector.
How much did the collection company pay for this item? I do not know and neither does my credit report reflect such amounts. All information listed on my credit report must be accurate, complete, and fair. This is a clear violation of the **** as this not accurate or complete. DELETE THIS IMMEDIATELY.
As you can see by my below included credit reports and highlighted issues. This information is NOT CORRECT & NOT ACCURATE. Therefore, it must be DELECTED IMMEDIATELY.

Starmark Financial control are unlawfully reporting an unauthorized account opened in Oct 15, 2024 on my credit report.I never given them permission to put anything on my credit file. This company is in violation of 15 *** 1692g. Starmark Financial LLC purchased this account from the original creditor *********************** Therefore, Complainant's assertion that he didn't enter into any agreement with Starmark is irrelevant. Starmark previously validated this debt pursuant to Complainant's in March 2025. The validation letter sent to complainant is attached to this reply along with the application and loan agreement that originated this obligation.
Starmark will continue to report this debt to the appropriate credit reporting agencies in accordance with its obligation to do so.
