    *******************************s not even our rim.. We **** and stamp all our parts.. So basically the took this two piece wheel apart fixed their customers wheel and returned just part of their customers bent rim... i would never recommend that any vendors do business with this business and i would definitely would not recommend that anyone purchase from them. If they could scam you they will, not a legit business.BTW we have been in business for 30 years and our **** store for 10+ (with top rate seller ratings) and we would never be dishonest with a vendor or ********************************** is not a trustworthy business!!!!

    Received a letter today (Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023) regarding a complaint.

    We purchased a wheel on ***** Again, we are the buyer in this matter. Wheel arrived patently not-as-described. It was out-of-round and unusable in it's state. Contacted seller via **** and seller agreed to compensate for the repair which was approximately $95.  Repair done and then the seller would not respond, specifically - would not refund the cost of the repair to which they'd agreed.  Unpleasantness in this matter ensued.

    BBB involvement is unnecessary.  Already discussed this matter with complainant.

    Sent a check for the amount agreed over the phone, which was the original cost of the item, less the agreed-upon cost of the repair.  Again, seller has been made whole. Sent via ** Mail First Class on Friday, April 28th 2023.  Complainant likely has received that check by now. The matter is closed.
