    In late 2018 I purchased a prepaid maintenance policy on my personal watercraft from ****. The policy was for 6 routine maintenance visits, during specified time frame of 3 years. Sadly, during that period of time, as we all know, the world came to a halt due to the ******19 pandemic. I was unable to utilize the prepaid maintenance on my personal watercraft simply because I was unable to use it because of lockdown, social distancing, and health and well being of the community. ***** stance of not pausing the terms of expiration during such pandemic and counting those years against my ability to capitalize on a prepayment maintenance plan, and terms of the plan to continue through vs pause the terms, resulted in half of my prepaid maintenance to expire. There was no consideration, even after trying to negotiate and come to a resolution, I simply turned away, too bad sad. Its absurdly undo justice, to allow the term clock to keep ticking during the epidemic, and expect me to utilize a plan during that time is plain and simple unfair and should be unlawful way to go about business. One could almost consider theft, as I paid for something and it was never delivered.
