There’s not a zero star or I’d make sure they were given one. I went across country because the used car salesperson sold me a bill of goods, and I bought right in.I didn’t have the money even if they added “mental health “ to their “substance abuse” program for insurance purposes. I wanted my son to join later, was concerned about the money, but was told “insurance baby”. There were so many issues I could write a book, and I might. The assurance of my computer work wasn’t followed to say the least which lead to poison at work. Keep in mind, everything is taped or recorded, recorded I can’t guarantee. When my fentanyl addict son didn’t come with excitement, I discussed heading home with a calm tone. I was told I wouldn’t get my stuff for 72 hours by top staff. My computer and phone are my family’s well being. I said “that’s illegal, I wonder how the police would handle situation”. She laughed heartily and dared me due to cold and rain plus said “not my first rodeo”. I said “watch this, not mine either” and walked out. An hour plus cold and shivering, I did get the police there. They mentioned the 48 hours, not 72 from head staff, but listened. The Officer went to car, talked to someone, told me to wait, and took off 50 yards. He called me and said once they added mental health to substance abuse insurance would cover; they’ve had over 50 people call for exact reasons in months. He told the people there he would arrest all of them if they didn’t give me my stuff. I was ready for the street with lost wallet and all meds tossed upon arrival before diagnosis. At 55, I have a bad back. I ended up in emergency room and at Denny’s for what felt like ages. A day later, I ended up at phase two, being as horrifying at stage one. They told me and family nothing about where I was going. It was the worst of my days being at “Level Up”. Be on the lookout for my book. John F
