    Horrible experience with All About Closing. Since BBB rates them A+ and there are no reviews, hopefully this one will save people from grief. If you are told, as I was, that you must close with All About Closing, don't be fooled. You don't and you shouldn't. I had to repeatedly raise questions before they were answered. They dragged their feet making corrections. Every time I called and spoke with the owner, *******************************, she made me feel that it was an imposition on her to take time to talk with me despite the fact that I was paying the closing costs. After remote closing, I received nothing from them to confirm closing had taken place. It took nearly a month before I received the deed and title insurance from them. In an email, ********* called me a miserable person. Since I've purchased 15 properties in 4 different ** counties and never had any issues with closing agents, a psychologist would call that 'Transference'.
